Discouraged
So I’m in the beginning of week 2 and so far I’ve lost 8 pounds. I know that’s something I should be proud of but for some reason I feel discouraged . I feel like I’m putting in so much work and I can barely see a physical change.. it makes me think , is it worth it

I don’t usually post this kind of thing but over the past year I’ve lost 45lbs and I’m honestly really proud of myself (which never happens). The picture on the left isn’t at my highest weight but I was still overweight and miserable. The photo on the right is from this morning and I’m just really proud of how far I’ve gotten, it’s just crazy to think I did this all on my own.

Kinda fell off
So when I was working everyday spring break I was still trying to work out it went well for the first three days then laryngitis came out of nowhere and I just couldn't do it 😕 I fell off these last two weeks on exercise but I still ate mostly healthy!! I don't want to weigh myself until a week of getting back on track cuz I don't want to make myself feel bad for gaining some water weight back 🙃 Best of luck to everyone I hope April is great to us 💕🤞🏼

Spring break day 3
Well I've had a sore throat for 5 days now, yesterday completely lost my voice & off course still had to work.. came home my throat was in so much pain I checked my tonsils & they were bright red purplish & swollen googled my symptoms cuz I don't have insurance I could either have strep or laryngitis I think it's most likely laryngitis 🙃 woke up today & they seem to be better but I also haven't talked once today lol I have been consistent with my workouts this week & I think I will knock out abs today😏😏

‘You only lost 1 pound’ Do not be disheartened!! Imagine that sitting on one bum cheek, that is a lot of fat loss!
Don’t give up, don’t be disheartened, don’t be ashamed, don’t get upset! One pound fat loss is a lot! Also isn’t it better than nothing!
Be positive! If you want to lose more next time reflect on your week and see what you could do to lose more. Could that be to eat healthier, drink more water, exercise for a little longer, skip than glass of wine every night, only treat yourself with that cake once a week.

Spring breaaaakkkk I have a full week of work ahead of me thanks to spring break & working at a kids place 🙃 But I completely kicked days 1 butt with working out + running the treadmill 30 mins followed by 8 hours of work 😩 4 more days to go 😊😊

i was pretty upset today and didn’t feel like my hard work was showing any results. i was scared to put on this skirt because i thought that i would still look like a can of busted biscuits lol. i felt bad that i didn’t lose as much as i wanted to, but i realized that comparing my progress with other people and putting myself down is really unhealthy! fitness is a journey, not a destination. comparing these two photos was a needed pick me up! i can’t wait for the summer when i can finally wear this cute skirt again 💛 there is about ~15lbs difference between these photos! i’m 167cm :) december 15, 2016: 184lbs march 2, 2017: 167lbs if you have any questions, feel free to message me, my inbox is always open!

#Facetofacefriday full body edition. In the picture on the left, I was around my heaviest weight. I was getting ready to be in the audience of #letsmakeadeal with some of my best friends. I couldn’t even get this plus size costume to zip up all the way in the back. I’m now down 65 pounds and 39 inches. All I can say is keep going. Don’t lose sight of your goals. Have patience. Learn to love yourself during the process. 🖤
