I need a 40k novel about a genestealer cult and a tzeentch cult and a warband of the alpha legion all trying to take a hive city but its told from the perspective of a poor ordo hereticus inqusitor thinking its one cult and trying to make sense

Like desperately trying to figure out why it would tell a space marine chapter that visited to go away whilst giving them more recruits than ever whilst trying to blow their fleet up
