there is an incredible amount of edward creel/lab subtext that is not talked about enough

a harmless club = the lab

the lab wants you to think that they’re just that- a lab. they won’t tell you what’s going on behind the scenes. who they truly are. they want you to think that they can be trusted

i really like that choice of the word designed. that’s lab coded right there. it’s like everything was a plan from the very beginning…

so to preface on eddie, for those who don’t know, is subtext for edward creel (which eddie munson is kind of there to show us edward creel in fact is a real person especially with how lab coded eddie is) who’s name can be found in newspaper articles about the creels murder. same topic, same newspaper. different names

the first one is the correct names- virginia, alice and henry. the second two mention edward??? (which @mike4wheeler and i believe him to be henry from another dimension or his timeline twin aka vecna…read on for a better explanation…)

this cult (lab) is protecting its leader eddie (edward). hiding him

the lab/brenner obviously know about edward!!! and are working to protect him!!! brenner is the true evil behind this…

with edward being henry’s timeline twin, i believe edward took henry’s place. came to the physical plane, took henry and henry is stuck somewhere.

i believe it was edward who massacred the kids. i believe it was edward whose soteria el removed. i believe it was edward who was trying to help el escape. i believe it was edward who el pushed into the upside down.

it makes sense why “henry” was talking about himself in third person. “i knew 001 once…”

we know el is equally as powerful as vecna yes? yes. i think in a different timeline edward wanted to be seen as the best in brenner’s eyes (maybe brenner can go from timeline to timeline or it’s just edward’s brenner from his timeline???) and to do so he tries to take over a whole different dimension, a whole world

i’ve heard a lot of bad theories but this guy has to be stopped because what the fuck is this???

cause i’m over here trying to thinking how the fuck this would work. even IF the kids are the cops (which they’re not and someone tell me why mike would become a cop because he wouldn’t) that means dustin has a relationship with will’s mom, and they don’t even have the same last names as the kids???? (and if the duffer brothers wanted to make this work we’d have to not know the officers names and not know the history between joyce and hop and it would just ruin a lot)

PLUS officer powell appears to be older than callahan and hopper but lucas is the same age as dustin and mike so make it make sense. and, if dustin was to have a relationship w will’s mom she would’ve had to wait till he’s older and that’s not right because hop and joyce went to high school together so that means they’re the same age if not close in age and if that’s the case, not only would joyce currently be school aged, that means technically will and jonathan aren’t born yet and joyce hasn’t met lonnie and the story begins with will being taken

this guy just needs to be stopped that’s all i’m saying there’s a lot wrong with this
