Do you really want to die?

Or do you just want a home

On the edge of a forest

Surrounded by pines

Sitting on your red cottage porch

With a cat on your lap

Watching the kids play

In the fields and the garden

One long brown dirt road

Connecting you to the city?

Do you really want to die?

Or do you just want a house

Overlooking the beach

And the pink and yellow sunset

You dressed in emerald silk

Swimming to the edge of the horizon

Yet still smelling a campfire

And tonight you and your lover

Will intertwine fingers

As the sky grows dark?

Do you really want to die?

Or do you just want an apartment

In the city that never sleeps

Where your arms will droop over

The railing of your balcony

The taste of cannabis lingering

Listening to distant parties

The rustling of a stranger in your bed

You being one speck of the skyline

Made entirely of people?

Do you really want to die?

Do you really hate the cardboard

That your house is made of?

Or do you hate your neighbors

Do you hate the pavement

Do you hate the begging?

I want to jump into my car

Leave this life behind

See the sights and the people

I loved you before I even knew you .

They say you shouldn’t judge books by their covers buhht I fell guilty in that.

In as much as I loved your outsides,

I thought your insides won’t match.

I thought the beauty that reflected in your reflections wouldn’t be identical to your personality that your insides project on.

I was wrong & there’s no words to express the gratitude of my fault.

Because after then I knew you & I loved you still,

And then you loved me back so I loved you more.

We felt pain together and I loved you again,

& when you took your love away even for a minute, I saw that my life wasn’t mine without your love so I loved you even more.

And there’s fights that we fought & we fight,

but they make me love you in a constant.

We fought & we fight to make things better, so we can love in a constant.

I loved my father. So I loved you.

When you yell at me, you remind me of my father.

& I love my father. How could I not love you?

Every kiss fills in the blanks of the words that can’t really be said .

I love words that are unspoken. & you have many unspoken words. When will you speak those words to me ?

Some infinities are bigger than other infinities

That’s what Hazel Grace said in that movie

I think I understand it now

With every moment I feel like I love you infinitely & I tell myself :

Now you’ve reached the limit. There’s no more love to give.

Then the next moment comes and there it is, an infinite more amount of love to give to you.

Because I loved you before I knew you and I loved you after then and I love you now and I love you more.

So how could I not love you ?

I loved your eyes when you smiled , & I loved your smiles. So I loved you .

And your smile brightens my world, so I love your smile . And I love the twinkle in your eyes, so I must love you . Mustn’t i ?

And when your fingers graze my skin, it’s a spark and my heart begins to race.

My heart is racing for you . So that must mean my heart loved you too .

And when the other girls say your name and you smile , my heart is jealous.

So my love is jealous too.

My jealous love fuels itself till I love you more again .

So how can I stop loving you?

I love you completely.

Your love fixes me , patches up my insides & completes me.

Why shouldn’t I love you ?

I loved you then, so that must mean I can love you now as well.

And I love you now, so there’s no reason I should not.

My love is little infinities that multiply themselves w every passing moment between you and me .

My love is infinite.

So I love you more .

More than before I knew you.

More than after then.

More than now.

More than tomorrow.

And more than infinity.

Sometimes people get pulled apart so that they can come back together again stronger. At least that’s what I believe. I was opportuned to meet the love of my life early, but timing is everything & we both need some time to better ourselves. Hopefully our paths will cross again & we can get the happily ever after we so fucking deserve.
