HOLLOW KNIGHT OC’S W MY BUDDY @fruitytrip :D

(Her: Ekko/Red, Me: Gambit/Purple)

A moth and a firefly…They lived a peaceful life together in the city, Ekko, a renown warrior, and Gambit, the greatest nail smith the nest has ever known. One day however, Ekko had gotten a letter inviting him to spar at Kingdoms Edge, and being one to never miss an opportunity at a great story, he kissed his partner on the cheek, and promised to be back the next day.

Weeks had passed…Nothing.

Gambit searched and searched Kingdoms Edge but couldnt find even a trace, before eventually finding a hidden crevice where his husbands body was found…Fatally wounded by his own nail…One of many Gambit had made for him…

Years went by, Gambits only desire being finding out what happened to the love of their life, not even for revenge, just closure- but this came to nothing.

Tired and sullen, the lonely widow moved far away to Deep Nest, claiming to only make nails for those brave enough to traverse the terrifying tunnels, but really they just wanted to be left alone…

Hypothetically in the game, if you find Gambits nest, you’ll find hundreds of perfectly made nails, but you cant use any as they are “made for someone far bigger than you…”

hi! i was feeling like making a hollow knight homebrew and happened upon this at the exact right time lol

Question : i dont know if it's just a problem on my part, but the only way i seem able to view the files from the homebrewery is by downloading and reading them in the raw .txt format... im assuming its not meant to do that, but clicking on the thumbnails does nothing.

It is heartwarming to hear you had such a great time playing with our homebrew! I love the art you made for your character and your friends character.

Had the privilege of playing in a Hollow Knight themed DND5e oneshot today using @hollowedkingdoms homebrew! It was an amazing time, and the classes and species we chose were a lot of fun to play!

Naturally I had to draw my character, as well as the other player's character. My character is Kaya, the Mantis Royal Knight (Empathy). The other is Otto, the Spider Barbarian (Deep Delver). We had some very heartwarming, if not initially tentative interactions, leading to a real dramatic final fight where they both had each other's backs at the brink of death. Sunday well spent.

As we getting closer to finish the project we are looking back on some of our old material and updating it. We have done some recent work on the classes, and now we have looked at one of the races and decided to update the art.

So here is the new art for the Water Beetle race, created by @mak-to-the-future!

Good morning everyone!

We have some exciting news this morning. We not only have updated and reworked the Nailmaster class, but we also added a new subclass as well: The Rush Style Nailmaster! Who's art was drawn by @furiouskettle (aka @crankyteapot) who also did the art for the other Nailmaster subclass pictures.

@darksnowman13 has completely overhauled this class with a dedicated focus on damage and crowd control, which we think everyone will enjoy.

It’s so fun to make bug characters.. they’re so silly and cute

February's zine! Each scene is a 4-page spread making up a 16-page booklet. Originally, I was just going to draw one bug per page, but I got more than 16 bugs, and I am fond of making scenes and telling stories anyway, so that's what I went with. :)

This might be the first time I’ve drawn Quirrel, I genuinely don’t remember, but I like the jelly fish. Their all floaty lol

Also the whole of fog canyon just coming out of monomon mask is neat. And yes Quirrel is by blue lake, for the fun sad factor of the depressing bug game. Also here’s one without text and one without the stuff from monomon mask and text
