Indulge in this decadent yet wholesome vegan dark chocolate peanut butter banana bread, perfect for a delightful treat any time of day.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup plant-based milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!

In this Bruschetta Chicken recipe, juicy chicken breasts are topped with a colorful mix of tomatoes, garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Melted mozzarella cheese is then added to the top. This dish is easy to make and tastes great. It's great for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 large tomatoes, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put chopped basil, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Put away. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish. Spread the bruschetta mixture out evenly over the chicken breasts. Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Take the chicken breasts out of the oven and cover each one with shredded mozzarella cheese. Put it back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more fresh basil.

This hearty beef stew is great for fall nights when it's cold outside. The depth of the red wine goes well with the rich flavors of the beef and vegetables, making this a comforting and satisfying dish that goes well with Trialto's fall wine selection.
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups red wine such as Trialto's fall selection. 4 cups beef broth. 2 carrots, sliced. 2 potatoes, diced. 1 cup mushrooms, sliced. 2 bay leaves. 1 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides. Remove the meat and set aside. In the same pot, saut the onion and garlic until softened. Return the beef to the pot. Pour in the red wine and beef broth, stirring to combine. Add the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cover. Let it cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender. Serve hot and enjoy with a glass of Trialto's fall wine selection!

The marinade made with achiote paste gives these Achiote Rojo y Verde Tacos a lot of flavor. Putting together red and green achiote paste gives your regular chicken tacos a unique and tasty twist. Put them on the table for a colorful and tasty meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces. 2 tablespoons achiote paste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small corn tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco. 1/4 cup sour cream. Lime wedges for garnish.
Instructions: Put the garlic minced, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the achiote paste and mix it all together. To make a marinade, mix it well. Add the chicken to the sauce and mix it all around. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors. Set the pan on medium-high heat. Put some oil in a pan and saut the diced onion until it turns clear. Put in the chicken pieces that have been marinated. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, until they are browned and fully cooked. You can heat the corn tortillas up in a pan or the microwave. Start by putting some shredded lettuce on each tortilla. Then add the achiote chicken, diced tomatoes, and crumbled queso fresco. Put sour cream on top and add lime wedges for decoration. Serve your Achiote Rojo y Verde Tacos right away and enjoy them!
