I'm not the biggest Tommy fan but I feel like at this point people are nitpicking things to be mad at. I'm all for Buddie and up until this point I thought the criticism for Tommy was mostly valid. But after this episode and the reactions I'm seeing, it's like a bunch of spoiled children after not getting the scenario they made up in their own heads (especially a certain someone on TikTok).

I mean, just trust the process. No need to rush Buddie now after 8 seasons of waiting. The relationship dynamics in this episode were fun, the way Tommy interacted with Eddie was fun and was overall a good and understanding boyfriend in regards to Buck's usual shenanigans.

very interesting how people only started to complain about "pointless sex scenes" in bridgerton when benedict kisses a man...

especially since benedict himself, anthony and colin were having them all through the other seasons... but now it's a problem?

seeing a lot of whining about how it "took screentime from polin" when in reality the threesome scenes took up probably less than 10 minutes of only the final episode. I agree the editing was a bit all over the place but the reaction is, yet again, disproportionate.

Like I'm not too surprised the fans of the book are mostly like that considering the history of racism and the fact that the books are just a bunch of white straight people™ falling in love, but I didn't think it would be this RIDICULOUS of a reaction.

I understand these pairings and characters are important for the fans but some people are LITERALLY crying over it?????

It's making me really sad because the show runners might just give up or soften theses queer stories to please those that are bitching and moaning about it; While I, and I'm sure other people, felt really seen and touched by the little bits of representation in season 3...
