Anyway academic au type deal, Meredith would be a Chair in the History or Religious Studies department. She'd be a hard ass who expects assignments to be submitted via hard copy in class. She probably wouldn't believe in giving accommodations from campus accessibility, and she'd probably leave the "Sent from my iPhone" on email replies to students with the bare minimum response needed to get the point across. I just know for a fact she purposely requested to only have one of the grad students she's supervising (Cullen) to be her TA every semester. Most of the people in the department don't wanna get on her bad side because she'll have you go through bureaucratic hell; the only one who she respects is Elthina, who is the Dean of the Faculty, whom she is responsible to.
