the secret history - was a bit hard to find a good price, i kinda wanted the original cover but i dont mind this one, its still pretty with the statue face

if we were villains - was so desperate to find this specific book cover, that i was lurking on my 3 shopping app to find a preloved version, the uk cover (in the pic) cost a lot if i bought a brand new, always go for second hand anyways, i like the look of used books, plus i do like cheaper things. greatfully i didnt settled for the us ver. and carefully waited for the uk cover ver.

hunger games - i did see a lot people selling it, but most of the people i chatted with has very high shipping prices, i was supposed to go for a 450 pesos(around $23) gratefully i waited for other listings so i got this for 300 pesos(around $15) 300 in all with shipping!

This hits hard considering most of my school is homophobic

you walk up to me slurring your words,

i smell the liquor on your breath as you mumble words of discrimination towards me,

“you are going to hell”, “you are a sinner” escape your mouth as you say words I’ve heard a million times before,

you come back from the bar bruised from fights and stumble into your door at night, cursing at your wife and scaring your children,

but that of course doesn’t occur to you as a sin, just a normal friday night right? nothing’s wrong with that,

i go home and greet my lovely wife and as I look into her eyes and all of my troubles melt like ice cream does at the sting of the burning sun,

i look at her and admire her body, her soul, her heart, never a thought daring to cross my mind that might possibly hurt her,

how can love this innocent disgust you?

i would listen to you tell me i was “going to hell” forever if it meant i got to hold heaven in my hands and kiss it on the forehead in the morning,

my sin is love and your sin is hate,

I got no knowledge about anything regarding the theatre. Can you provide some insight as to why you enjoy it and what does theatre inspire within you to create or question the greater world?

Me personally I enjoy theatre because you get to be someone else and create these characters then bring them to life on stage. Me personally I have bad performance anxiety but when it comes to theatre I just embody my character and it feels very freeing. I’m a writer as well and it’s not just theatre, but acting in general that I love when it comes to writing and my creativity because it’s magical watching characters I create be brought to life, whether it’s a short film, a play or a musical. That’s just my opinion and personal experience, the reasoning is different for everyone but me personally that’s my response.
