the build a sourcemate blog should still be active, as that is not sammy specific, but the bah blog and the personal blogs may be less active.

Willogenic systems are not all radqueer. Saying this as a willogenic radqueer plural. Transplural is what you're thinking of, and even then, not all of them are radqueer.

There's a lot of talk about transition, but I feel this community has a very odd view of transition.

I saw a post talking about Cotards Syndrome, and being transdead because of that, and it referred to transitioning as actually dying, and said that make-up isn't proper transitioning, just dysphoria relief. (Nothing against the post itself, it's a perfectly good post. Just using it as a bouncing point.)

Personally, I'd argue that dysphoria relief is transitioning. Look at it from a gender perspective, for example. If wearing skirts gets rid of dysphoria, is that not transitioning? If not wearing make-up gets rid of dysphoria, is that not transitioning?

I feel like this community thinks of transitioning as the most extreme form of the transID, and I personally disagree. Transitioning is whatever gets rid of dysphoria, and gives euphoria. For some, that may be the most extreme version, but for many, I doubt it is.

I hate our Simply Plural right now so I'm going to do that "for every notes this post gets" with SP tasks I've been putting off for months

1 notes — make a profile for a missing member (there's only 15 or so headmates missing)

5 notes — fix someone's description

10 notes — fix someone's info fields

25 notes — fix one of the groups

50 notes — clean out and probably delete our prns.cc pages

I am a radqueer headmate in a critical/anti system.

I got lucky, as my system is not just anti, and has radqueer friends anyway, so they didn't shun me for my identity. However, it has made interacting with the others difficult.

My main tip is to see just how uncomfortable they are with radqueer stuff. While my system is accepting, yours may not be. If they are very against radqueer stuff, you may have a harder task ahead of you than if they are more accepting.

Best wishes to anon, trying to convince your system can be difficult.

I’m a radqueer alter in a non-radqueer system. Do you have any advice for having them come around to my identity? I formed specifically to be an atypical dysphoria holder, so I know other alters have dysphoria around things other than gender but they’ll all anti rq.

Hopefully some radqueer alters in non-radqueer systems could help you out more here, so I'll tag it as unanswered until we get some more qualified responses!

If it were me I'd probably go in first just explaining that you're here to help with atypical dysphoria and why you identify as radqueer. It's likely also best to open yourself up to questions where you can address any misconceptions.

If the folks in your system are particularly uncomfortable with radqueers, you might even be better off getting to know them first and performing your role so they see you as a vital part of the system above all else.
