1. Vi. 10/10. Listen, did you see that hug she gave Ekko? Did you see his face? That boy went from scared and hostile to feeling safe and loved for the first time in years. I want that. Everyone wants that.

2. Vander. 10/10. Vi learned it from somewhere. Good news, though, Vander just adopted you, too.

3. Jayce. 9/10. People with literally nothing going on upstairs but great big, shoulders often give fantastic hugs. Jayce is no different. Bless his blacksmithing family.

4. Ekko. 8/10. If there is hesitance in that hug, he’s earned it. But have you seen those arms? Enjoy it and don’t screw it up.

5. Mel. 5/10. Hugs are a sign of sentimentality, and Mel gives hers out sparingly. She smells fantastic, but lets go just a little too soon.

6. Caitlyn. 3/10. It’s not her fault—her family is too rich to have taught her how to show affection. She’ll get better with practice, though, assuming she has the right partner.

7. Viktor. 2/10. His back isn’t really up for it. Neither are his arms. Or his legs. Put any pressure on those, and they’ll definitely buckle. But his heart… is also not super into this hug. His solid metal girdle is, unfortunately, and it’s pressing into your ribs. Maybe we should let him get back to work.

8. Heimerdinger. 1/10. The spirit is willing, but the arms are only long enough for him to hug your calf, maybe. Deeply unsatisfying, very weird, and a serious tripping hazard.

9. Silco. 0/10. As if being a spindly little shithead wasn’t bad enough, he hugged Powder, and look how that turned out. She’s Jinx now.
