I feel like I’ve completely disappeared from social media lately! The WiFi is out at home and I’ve used up my data for the month. I feel disconnected!

I have the best girlfriend. I just painted my nails but had to go pee so she went to the bathroom with me, pulled down my pants, waited for me to finish, then pulled them back up for me. She's the sweetest. 😊👭

People that don't understand because they've never had a panic attack: cement your feet into the middle of a busy road and wait for that moment when a speeding car is about to knock you dead. Wait for that spike in panic, that overwhelming explosion of adrenaline and dread, that eye popping, jaw dropping, just-shit-myself moment of alarm and inevitable doom...and then just get over it.
