Thank you!! This is my version of the Kurosakis’ mother, Kurosaki Kougyoku (黒咲 紅玉). Her name means ‘ruby.’

She’s the head of Heartland City’s intelligence bureau. HSO stands for Heartland Special Operatives. She’s strict with her children and insists on ladylike behavior from Ruri. However, despite her own ladylike facade, Kougyoku is rather competitive with everyone around her.

Marleen was confused and slightly annoyed by Kougyoku because to her, they were from completely different fields. After Marleen had Kaito, Kougyoku was determined to have a son to compete with and guard Kaito…

According to their children, Kougyoku occasionally goes on business trips. Usually, a high profile figure shows up dead a few days later. Very unladylike according to Kougyoku, but her favorite method of assassination is driving into the target and piercing their ribs through their heart and lungs. It’s happened once or twice. That we know of.

A quote from her is "Don’t think being ladylike means being weak. In the right hands, a comb can do much more damage than a knife."
