Lance has been in pain for 6 weeks. SIX WEEKS. And some idiots still try to blame him for leaving after the qualifying (which means he can't be replaced by drugovich). I'm so fucking mad with these people, honestly. Fuck lance haters and fuck all of these annoying drugovich fans.

It seems that people in this fandom treat drivers as fictional characters, I mean, sometimes I feel like some people think that shipping the drivers is more important than the sport itself... I mean, I like some shipps myself, but acting like the whole fandom should be about this is so fucking weird.

I don't think there's a problem in reading fanfics, because its purely fictional, but when you start acting like its real, its weird. Like, really weird. It's specially weird when something happens on the track and no one seems to wanna talk about it, they just keep talking about shipping and all, come on, don't you know how to separate things?

i'm actually starting to believe that a substantial chunk of f1 fans, especially on tumblr, have curated views on drivers based off of what they've read in fanfics. and i don't mean this in a way to demonize fanfiction because i indulge in it myself, but seeing as the yaoi aspect of this fandom seems to actually override the actual sport side sometimes, i wouldn't be surprised if my suspicions are true.

dts is not a reliable source of any information, we already know that, but why everyone suddenly started to ignore this fact??? if yall want to hate george so bad, do it for your own weird made up motives, and not for some perfectly cut and edited dts scene. If you hate George because u watched dts, youre reacting exactly how they wanted you to react.
