Watching him sit down beside her she giggled at his question he knew her all too well though she didn't want to pass out anytime soon she wanted to stay up and spend a lot of time with him, "Hmm? Yeah that would be nice, thanks." Though she didn't stay in her seat too much longer she soon found herself standing up giving a moanful stretch, "Ya mind if I take a shower?" Asking him this she wasn't going to give him much time to answer as she opened up the hallway closet grabbing a towel.

Holding the towel up against her chest she untied the pink bow that was tied in the front of her school girl outfit, tossing it onto the ground she shot a wink his way, "It won't take too long so don't worry about getting lonely." She chuckled as she hadn't ever truly teased him like that before, not in a way that she knew wasn't truly teasing.

“If ya think it’s okay then I won’t stop ya.” He was fine with her staying the night, he wouldn’t kick this girl out now and he sure as hell would make sure she was comfortable as she stayed at his place. “It is late though, so I won’t send ya home.” He smiled a bit, yes he always worried about this girls safety, mostly because she was someone he cared about, this was due to her being the only person in his life right now.

He sat down on the couch next to her, “Just get comfortable, but I’m guessin’ you’re gunna pass out soon.” That wouldn’t be out of her character to do so, she usually fell asleep after that adrenaline wore off anyways, “Want me to put your guitar away for the night?” She wouldn’t be needing that until they began to practice again tomorrow, and he would make sure she got her rest.

♥ { AU } | あなたは自宅だ。
Another night dragging themselves back from a long gig, it was the thrill of it all that made her heart race still as they inched their way back towards Kasui's apartment complex. Though that adrenaline would wear off soon and she would feel the need to take a long hard nap. Walking home like that wasn't really going to suffice. Lugging around the her bass that seemed to weight a ton to her at the time she sighed a touch as she looked up towards Kasui, "Oi-- You think it would be alright if I spent the night? It's Saturday night so I don't have to worry about school tomorrow.."
That's right she was a school girl, though her grades weren't as well as the other girls in class she hadn't minded so much as she knew what she wanted to do when she graduated, even before that. She wanted to spend her time in Hizumi rocking out with Kausi, making it big. He always did say this was what he wanted and so she would support him, support herself as long as her musical abilities were with her.
Reaching his apartment complex she smiled as she was happy she wouldn't have to walk too much further. She stood behind him as he unlocked his room, "Hurry, hurry." She nagged from behind him before she could feel the cool breeze of his A/C hitting her in the face. "Ahh~" She cooed letting out herself be drawn in ahead of him as she reached the insides before he did. Slipping off her shoes she rushed into the living room setting her bass down beside the couch as she then plopped herself down upon it. "This is the life, I tell ya!"

Her cheeks seemed to show a slight hint of a blush as he complimented her band so much, it was nice hearing kind words instead of the local trash bashing on their hard work. Karasu tried her best to make sure every lyric she composed was something that she could be proud of, something that people would enjoy. Hopefully that's what happened with more than half of the crowd. "I'm sure you'll be able to catch another one of our shows. We've got another coming up in a week at Agua. It would be cool to see you there." Shooting him a wide smile she hoped for the best.
An almost knot formed in her stomach as she stood there feet from him waiting for him for give her an answer. She felt almost foolish as she anticipated something so casual, but he was a fan and being denied by a fan would have crushed her.
Her eyes widened with happiness as he agreed to go eat sushi with her, "Really? I appreciate that so much!" She said in a bright tone as she looked at him almost having a glimmer in her eyes. "We'll have a nice time gettin' ta know each other then, eh?" Getting to know a fan would be fun, and he seemed to be a nice guy so far. Nothing he said or did seemed to push her over any sort of edge which was a rare trait in people these days. As she almost turned to start walking off towards the sushi bar she noted him tell her his name, "Ah, Pleasure to meet ya Reiki-san, I'm Karasu Seishin."
"Are you from around here, Reiki-san? Or are you here visiting?" Asking this it was a normal question for her or anyone from Shibuya to ask someone they meet. It was a big city filled with so much life, you'd be surprised by all the new faces you'd see on a daily basis.

All she ever wanted was to have a peaceful life with Kasui, it was a dream of hers that started to quickly dim as she found herself in the middle of a battleground. Throwing her vision around she could see so many things that would only be considered 'real' in the movies. Tears were streaming down her eyes as she felt such a pressure touching against her, the pain of small gasping on her skin being caused by the intense explosion of whatever in the hell was ahead of them. All she knew was that she felt him catching her. Her noble knight coming to her rescue. Though she wasn't sure what would happen next just knowing that Kasui was there with her made this intense moment seem to calm down.
"Mm!" She gripped at his hand and staggered her way to her feet, running beside him she didn't dare look back for her heard what was after them... Another demon. Breathing heavily she tried to keep herself together for him, and only him. Kasui was doing his best to make sure they made it out of this horrific situation unscathed but that was easier said than done.
A panic washed over Karasu as she felt her back literally up against a brick wall, this alleyway wasn't going to be their savior tonight and she wouldn't allow him to be harmed. Hearing his words she growled hers back at him, "Are you serious?! I'm not letting you sacrifice yourself for nothing!" Letting go of his hand she swiftly darted off towards the large demon, the green skin looked disgusting as if it was rotting off. "Down here ya fucker! Yeah, right here! Come get me!"

Rushing behind the demon she started running praying that Kasui would get away without any harm to him. "Please don't try ta act all noble now!" She yelled out hoping he would catch even a little bit of that before she found herself rushing down a street that she hadn't been down before. It was dark and the streets were cracked... They must have been here too. Every place in Shibuya had been touched by demons at this point and it was making her nervous. Sick to her stomach she knew this wasn't going to last much longer for her.
♫ | That Sound.
That cool fresh night air would have been great if it wasn’t for what seemed to be happening, this crazy shit that just happened out of the blue, something that definitely wasn’t a dream. Upon seeing Karasu be thrown back he he attempted to catch her, which only caused him to get knocked over catching her, “W-What the fuck!?” Seriously he didn’t know what was going on, but he knew they had to run.

“C’mon we need to get out of here!” He got up and helped her up just as quickly, grabbing her hand and leaving their beloved instruments behind… As much as he would regret that, their lives were more important than what was going on with those guitars. After they began moving he noticed one of those, ‘Demons’ giving chase, luckily it wasn’t too fast but it would corner them eventually if they got caught in the wrong spot.
All he could think while running was how fucked up this was, he could hear explosions and such in the distance, screams as well but he was going to worry about their own safety, right now that was all that was important, but soon their backs would be against the wall, and they wouldn’t be able to fight back. Kasui stopped running, maybe he could buy some time for Karasu to get away.

“Oi… Karasu, run ahead I’ll try and hold it back.” Yeah he was afraid of this, but it was all for her to get away and live, and that fear was completely apparent in his eyes.

"I wonder about that sometimes." She said with a hint of laughter in her tone as to his blant obvious choice in meals. The same thing every time they came here, even when they didn't come here together it was something that wasn't going to change but she put up with it. Offering to pay for his meal once ended in a battle between his need to be a man about everything. He was foolish sometimes, but she still cared for him more than anything else in the world.
Growling at him she shown her teeth before eating a couple of her fries. "I 'unno maybe it's just a habit, not like it's hurting ya." Stuffing more fries into her mouth she chewed them letting her attention fall back to the window, looking outside she kept her eyes on the few people that were passing by this side of Shibuya so late at night. Half of her burger was easily inhaled although the taste was amazing she wasn't one to savor anything when it came to food. She loved it, but it didn't stick to her ribs so to speak. "Why do you eat the same thing?" Though she knew the answer giving him a hard time too was what she did.
"Ready to go?" She asked him as they both seemed to finish up their meals, not giving him anytime to truly answer her she jumped up from her seat rushing over to the cashier and giving her a few bucks to pay for the meal and a tip for their waitress. She was nice enough not to fuck up their order which pleased Karasu to no end. Brushing past the doors she felt the cool night air washing over her skin and it felt good, in that moment she truly felt alive. A song was building up within her head that needed to escape but she'd keep it inside of her until she was home.
"Oi, slowpoke lets get a move on!" She called out behind her as she waved at him from the street lamp. Everything seemed to be so peaceful tonight as if it were truly made for them, for their time together. But of course she was simply building that up in her own mind. Her romantic way of thinking would surely get her into some sort of trouble at some point, although she hadn't minded... Being with Kasui always made her feel elated with the greatest amount of joy possible.

"K-Kasui?!" Karasu cried out as she noticed a loud noise coming from behind her, the flames were alive with hate, she could taste the smoke on her tongue. Turning to get a good look at what caused the explosion behind her it was there, a large object that looked to have an expanding brain of some sort. Shaking in place she couldn't move, the demon or what she would have called a demon was after her. It seemed that-- "Ahhhhh!" She cried out as she was tossed a few feet from where she had been standing.
♫ | That Sound.

“It’s pretty damn good.” Of course this is what he usually got when he came to places like this, but it never bothered him and the taste never faded from this type of food, hell it was just typical food he would have to put up with until they were well known and making enough money to actually eat some real food.
“Man, do you always have to eat so fast?” He always noticed how she inhaled her food, but it never bothered him in the least, if anything it was just a consequence of hanging out with a girl who could do no wrong in anything, hell she was the true face of the band, always standing up front and making sure the crowd was energized, she had that kind of talent, and that was one of the things that made him pick her up that day.

She sighed at his response knowing that it was true, but also knowing that he would never put as much effort into a girlfriend as he would the band. All his mind was consumed with were the possibilities of the band. Hizumi wasn't too big but they were trying, she was trying, and most of all he was trying. Kasui wasn't going to give up on the band so neither would Karasu. She would give him what he needed to be happy, no matter what it was or what it took. "Yeah, time really isn't a luxury we have."
As he spoke his favorite quote she knew he meant business. Everything would plan out for them, or at least for him. He deserved to make it big to have his sound wavering through the air. And so it was in her head it would be. Karasu wasn't going to give up on him, on them, on the band. It would grow eventually and blossom into one of the greatest sounds anyone had ever heard. She had promised him that the night he let her in and she wouldn't forget that. "Ya damn right we do." She gave him a wide smile before she could hear the waitress placing down their plates of food.

Biting into her burger she waved her head from left to right as the taste was absolutely amazing to her. "This is really good." She said as if to herself as she took another bite. She ate like a guy, she knew she did yet it hadn't bothered her at all. If he could stick around her even through this she wasn't going to have any reason to feel bad about it. "How is it?" She asked him as she placed her burger down onto the plate to almost instantly grip at her drink.
♫ | That Sound.
“I don’t really have time for it.” He needed to practice, to keep that dream of his alive, to become a person who could change this world with his voice and possibly keep people from going through the stuff he did, it’s always been a hard road for him but he always kept on working till the end, he couldn’t give up and he knew this band mate of his would never let him give up.

“Gotta keep the sound alive.” That was one of his favorite quotes, something he would always say when he felt it needed to be said, but he knew he couldn’t be with someone until he felt like he was accomplished, and that wouldn’t be until they made it big, get signed to label and just plain spread that music of theirs across the world, he would make that dream come true for them.

Nodding her head she wasn't going to push it, she knew it bothered him and she didn't want that, especially when they were together. She wanted him to at least seem like he was happy, and thinking about things that were needed with the band wasn't exactly going to fix that. Though she would try to find a good drummer for them while she was at school. There had to be at least one decent drummer in the sea of hundreds. "Don't worry that pretty little head of yours, Kasui!" Giving him a thumbs up she wasn't going to let him give up on the dream, the sound.
This is why she kept her feelings to herself, he seemed to only truly be interested in one thing, music. Though it wasn't a bad thing she still wondered why he didn't look at girls, or date. Sighing she shrugged her shoulders and caught herself looking at the couple once more before panning her vision up towards the waitress. Listening to Kasui order she felt her left eye twitch as she was going to out order him once again. "California burger with extra fries, and a chocolate milkshake."

"Kasui, Why don't you date?" She asked bluntly while she cupped at her chin, her elbow digging into the table as she leaned in watching his face.
♫ | That Sound.

“Let’s talk about that tomorrow.” Yeah he didn’t want to think of a drummer right now, it was too annoying to find someone good enough to play with them, though they still weren’t the best at what they did they would always try their hardest, which is why he made sure they practiced through most of the day, unless either one of them was feeling sick or so.
He looked out the window at the couple but didn’t really pay much attention to that, “Guess so.” He knew she was great at telling what people were thinking which is why he usually kept his mind blank, otherwise this female might end up slipping into his mind for something or another.

“Guess I’ll just have a burger.” A plan and simple food, mostly because he wasn’t too hungry right now.

♫ | What A Beast.
Hell had taken it's place in Shibuya, perhaps even the world but that wasn't the worst part of it all. Karasu wasn't able to play any music, that alone was driving her insane but she had to keep it together! Not for the sake of herself though, nah. That would have been too easy. Why she really wanted to do it was for her fans. They were still lingering around here and she wouldn't give up, no. Flipping open her cell she fooled around with the demon summoning program for a moment checking into the auction seeing what demons were up for grabs. She was always pleased with Sarasvati but a team would be needed if she planned on survivor this whole thing.

Nothing seemed to catch her eye though, plus her Macca was running low. "Tch, figures I wouldn't have enough." Grumbling at herself she put her phone back into her pocket before scanning over the area. Everything looked like shit, no one was around she seemed to be all alone for the time being, and yet something off in the distance struck her attention. Was that a flying piece of pavement?! "The fuck?" She gaped at the vision before running off towards it's origins.
That's when she saw a skinny pale kid fighting demons without any himself. "Shit." She whispered to herself wondering if he'd be able to survive all that without demon support. What was she to do? Sit and watch? Go and help?
Gritting her teeth she stood back behind a wall and watched him fighting the Ogre. The large beast seemed like it would have been able to squish the skinny kid in a matter of seconds but he was a fighter that one. The white haired male had some sort of power... He was able to do some pretty impressive things with the earth around him.

He had a point even though she didn't want to agree with it. Planning hadn't always been a bad thing, but she wasn't going to harp on it. Kasui was right, as he usually was. "Hai, Hai." She said in a lazy tone as her vision caught some of the people inside the burger joint, stuffing their faces... She grinned as these were her people. "What's say we discuss a drummer for the band?" She knew he had been thinking about it, his face did that thing, his eyes would grow almost worrisome as he wanted the best for the band, he wanted to change the world with his music and a drummer was just what they needed, but no one could manage to keep up with the two of them.
Smiling she was happy he agreed with that seat, though she knew he wouldn't disagree with her. He knew what she did, and how she did it. People watching was one of the few things that kept her muse strumming alive in her head. Sliding into the booth she snuggled up to the window and smiled. "Look, she's in love." Karasu pointed out towards the teen couple that were walking on the sidewalk towards the sushi bar across the street from the burger joint. "She looks at him with so much hope, and admiration."

Flipping through the menu she wanted to see if they had anything new and there it was! A California burger. She hadn't known what the hell that would exactly entail but she enjoyed the name they gave it. Flagging down the waitress Karasu slide the menu towards the edge of the table all while her attention focused back onto Kasui. "Ya know what you're gonna get now?"
♫ | That Sound.

“Well yeah, it’s kinda pointless, why not just live in the moment?” That’s the way true rock stars did it, thinking only when it was necessary, that’s how he had begun living ever since he left home at that young age, though he couldn’t help but plan for a few things otherwise they never would have gotten where they were, which honestly wasn’t that far… They were still missing a key part of their band, a drummer.
But all that aside, they were fine where they were for now, living day by day practicing and getting better at what they knew they were born to do, “Yeah, that one works.” He knew about that little hobby of hers, watching people gave her inspiration, so there was no way he was going to get in the way of that creative little mind of hers.

Picking up his acoustic guitar she placed it in her lap as her hands touched along the strings getting them familiar with the chords that she'd be playing for him. Sucking in a smooth breath she closed her eyes as the words from the song were there implanted forever. She wouldn't need the sheets of paper to remember how she felt when writing them, why she wrote them and who she wrote them for. Smiling to herself she strummed the strings once hearing the mellow sound coming from the guitar.
What a feeling, What a thought; It all started when you tore my world apart. I can't think, I can't breath; When I close my eyes you're all I see.
The words came from her soft voice the pain hidden behind it was causing her heart to pound, almost punch at her insides trying to escape from this embarrassing nightmare.
"I'd like that."

“Yeah, of course.” She could do whatever she wanted here, and he wasn’t busy right now so why not let her do what she wanted? He would sit there and listen to his hearts content, enjoyed that voice of hers as well as her skills on the guitar.

"Yeah, It's always fun playing with you though." Nodding her head she let out a soft sigh as her attention pulled up towards the night sky, the stars didn't shine as bright as they could have because of the glowing city lights but it still looked beautiful, the moon full and bright was always her favorite. "You really hate planning ahead don't you?" She asked with a hint of laughter in her eyes.
Spotting the burger joint they would be eating at she pointed out towards it and almost started running towards it but not before she gripping out for Kasui's hand cupping it as she drug him along with her. It was a sly thing she would do mostly for herself as she would get to have that bursting feeling in her chest of having his skin touching hers. It happening rarely but whenever it did she grew more attached to him. In the long run it was probably foolish of her but she didn't care now.

Reaching out for the door she pulled it open and entered inside the restaurant with him, letting go of his hand the bright lights inside of the burger joint would show the blushing on her face but she would play it off as the excitement of eating if he pointed it out. "How about that seat over in the corner?" She asked him as she eyed the booth. It was perfect for viewing the streets, people watching. It was a weird hobby but it was something that helped her write lyrics sometimes.
♫ | That Sound.

He laughed a little, “Yeah it was fun, wasn’t it?” He continued to walk and thought about what he wanted to eat, after all that work putting on a show it was always something to think about, mostly because hunger was something that set in after all of that. “I’ll just get some burger, I’ll know when we get there.” That was easier than planning ahead in his opinion.
After a bit of walking and talking they reached that all important fast food place they were looking for, it was better than a fancy restaurant in his opinion, it was just easier to get food, and it wasn’t that much of a blow to his already meager wallet, but he didn’t worry about those things as long as he was having fun, cause really? What’s a few nights out on the street compared to working to make it big?

"You really would?" The confidence boost he had just given her was something out of this world. She respected him more than anyone else in this forsaken world, and having him say something like that just made her eyes sparkle with a happiness that no one would ever be able to match. "Would right now be alright?" She asked as she took a seat on his couch.
"I'd like that."

He’d listen to her play her song, because he knew this girl had real talent, a perfect voice and she was sick on the guitar was well, he knew she could think up some good lyrics as well.

♫ | Backstage Pass.
Karasu was impressed with the lineup they had at the club. A couple well known bands in the underground were here and she couldn't have felt more alive. Seeing them on stage she hung towards the back and watched like one of the fans in the crowd. She may have looked a little awkward to the other bands that were still wanting to go on but she didn't care, she was enjoying herself and that's all that mattered in this wasn't it? Music gave you life, life gave you music. It was a beautiful thing.
Turning her attention away from the band she noticed another backstage his cello looked like something out of a comic book, and she liked that more than she could say. Though the looks of it weren't as important to her as the sound that came from the way he played it. Her heart started to race as the sound filled her body with such raw emotion. He was genuinely a master at his craft and she hoped that he knew that, or at least acknowledged that.
As he finished up she approached him with a wave of her hand. Telling someone who had to know how good they already were was a bit foolish but Karasu hadn't minded. As long as she got her own emotions across to someone who had given her something just as powerful with their own playing was all that mattered to her.
"You've got some colossal talent." She said in her usual tone of voice as she confirmed her words with a strong nod of her head causing her hangs to hit along the tip of her nose. "How long have you been playing?"

Shooting him a bright smile she was happy he agreed to her idea of burgers, though anything would have been good with her right about now. She always grew three stomachs after a gig, inhaling anything she could that was edible. "Yeah! Let's go." She said after he did as her hand gripped along the case handle that held her precious bass inside. If anything ever happened to her she would kill someone. Thinking about that made a chuckle come over her.
"It will never get too dark here in Shibuya." She stated as she pointed out towards all the shining lights that dressed each store in the city. It truly was a sight to behold and everyday she got to witness this with him. "Oi! Ya don't gotta push." She said with a hint of a growl in her tone as she nudged him back. Sticking her tongue out at him she started to run off ahead of him, "This better for you, big shot?" Teasing him she finally slowed down to match his pace.
Thinking about what kind of burger she wanted to devour she shot her gaze up to Kasui, "You know what you're going to order? I think I want a double cheeseburger with fries! And a shake! Chocolate.." Acting almost like a child one thing Karasu liked almost as much as music was eating good food. She would need to stop daydreaming about food long enough to actually get her order in once they arrived.

"Kasui, thanks again for tonight. It was a lot of fun."
♫ | That Sound.

After that set he was feeling great, and he knew nothing would bring him down tonight, “Yeah, that’d be great.” He was going to head out, get some food with her and part ways like always, “Let’s get goin’.” He packed up his things taking a bit of time to bask in the afterglow of that amazing gig they had gotten, if anything it was something that they would hopefully be experiencing a lot more of.
Once they were fully packed up, which wasn’t much considering they only needed to bring their guitars, they headed out in the night. Everything was so brightly lit despite that, but what was there to expect from living in the city? At least it was a good place to follow their dreams of becoming well known rockers.

“Let’s get goin’ before it get’s too dark.” He watched out for this girl in every way possible, making sure she was safe on her way home, mostly because he had become some what attached to his band member, the person that was helping him follow his dreams, which was all too grand in his view, but he couldn’t help but have a good time with this girl, so he nudged her ever so slightly to make her pick up the pace.
