Made these over the last week!
I used the pattern from Stephanie Jessica Lau on ravelry:
Since I didn't like the body too much (I wanted them to sit on their own), so I made it and the hind legs myself.

Crochet Pattern: Lil' Straw"BEAR"ries

This is “Little yarn friends” 2nd Amigurumi Creation and I would love to share this adorable bears to anyone who is interested in making one for yourself to keep or to make it as a gift for your loved ones. I’ve actually tried out my own pattern since I made 2 of them the same (the only difference is probably the placement of the collar and the skirt). Feel free to ask me any questions. Comments are welcome too. I would LOVE to see pictures of your work(s) using my patterns. You can share it on “Little Yarn Friends Facebook Page” or e-mail me at [email protected]. Happy Crocheting!
Before we begin, you might want to click “Here” to read more on how I create and piece my bears together. It might help you in your assembling later.
If not, let’s begin!

Knitting youtuber: I like to knit for 25 minute long blocks at most at a time with a 5 minute break within each so I do not get injuries.
Me who did a 14 hour marathon on the weekend with a team of 7 spinners and knitters to shear a sheep and knit a man's jumper in as short a possible time:

Making a weighted velvet baikal seal plushie :3

Head and tail end are stuffed w ultra plush fiber fill and the bulk of the body is packed full of weighted pellets that have a nice crunchy sound when you squeeze it. Not weighed yet, but it feels between 1.5 - 2lbs?

**General notes**
I recommend pinning the various parts in place before sewing to get the look that you want. I’m afraid I don’t have much instruction for his toga. I used an old t-shirt and wrapped that around the body before sewing legs or arms on. I then trimmed the fabric to the length that looked appropriate.

But seriously, how great is The Mandalorian?
I just had to crochet Baby Yoda/The Child and he ended up pretty cute! I have a pattern and will be posting it once I clean it up. (Follow for updates.) You can see my previous iterations, each one bigger and more detailed than the last.
I think next time I will do the whole jacket in the cream color and make his torso a little longer.
Also tried adding a nose and a mouth. I have mixed feelings on it. Any thoughts?
