The fact that ur having intrusive thoughts abt something means that that thing is the opposite of who you are. It’s absolutely against what you stand for and your ocd/mental illness is using it against you. The intrusive thought puts it there because it’s something that will make you feel bad about yourself. It’s engineered to make you feel like a bad person, but your recognition that those thoughts are bad proves the opposite. You are a good person.

- Threatening the individual
- Abandoning, or threatening abandonment
- Fits of anger and rage
- Engaging in chronic deceit
- Criticizing, belittling, ridiculing or demeaning the individual
- Negatively labelling the person
- Controlling their life and ordering them around
- Minimizing their opinions, and ignoring the person’s wishes, needs and preferences
- Gaslighting, and denying the individual’s reality
- Isolating the person from their family and friends.

I keep it serene
I like to keep it calm and serene.
Friendship, love relationship, familial connection .. I tend to go through it softly..
I'm not into fights. I hate them. I'm not the type that would scream back on your face or take revenge if you treated me unjustly..
I will simply tell you how bad it makes me feel, expecting you to admit your negative gesture, discuss it maybe and apologize SINCERLY. And I simply will forgive you wholeheartedly and love you even more, why not give you a warm hug aswell.. As calmly as that.
And if I did you wrong, I definitely won't hesitate to do the same, I'm not the type to defend my negative behaviors towards you ..
I like to discuss it, solve it, explain why I did what I did, apologize, clean our hearts with love and pureness, learn from it and from each other .. But never will I defend fighting and aggressiveness..
Because I'm born calm, soft and serene.. ✨
