I had the choice of a full ride to St Marys, a prestigious college in the Oakland or run to UC Irvine...
I ran to Irvine. Darrick became my best man, I found best friend, I found Alpha (th)Eta, I found my crew from Long Beach, and I fell in love with Cecilia every time I saw her.

Slowly But Surely
I am stepping into my career, myself, my relationship, and my goals (not dreams.)
Nothing is going to happen over night but the professional I choose to become over the course of the next few months and years will define how healthy I live and how I can provide for my wife and children.
Gotta keep grinding... hopefully back to school for my MBA or HR Certification within the next 3 years. For the next four months, my main goals about getting my loans under control and my credit cards cleared is realistically GOING TO HAPPEN. And then I can focus on making the move to our own place with my girl.
The last two years have been nuts, I'm ready for things to slow down.
