I would really love it if someone could juxtapose RG's 'phoning it in' clip with 39:40-40:38 of this interview with Lou (https://youtu.be/moouaDrC0sY?feature=shared&t=2380) where he says:
"From action to cut I'm living in the most peaceful time of my life and it's so awesome because I will die for those moments. I'll die for my craft."
For reasons.

No, because you're one of the few that actually properly dissects and criticizes Ryan for his actions with more than just personal feelings, and yes there may be some jabs added because like most you are human and have every right to do so, but that has never been your sole intention and you're NOT dedicated to purposely shitting on him just because he exists, don't like something his character does/once did or find him uNaTtRaCtIvE.
There are actual concerning reasons, in the present time mind you, why people don't like, won't ignore, or in a lot of cases don't want to see/hear from/about Ryan anymore.
People need to take off the rose-tinted glasses and see why others are valid to be and stay upset with him and call out his actions BUT they won't do that because then they'd have to admit just as he's shown, they too don't care about humanity or the insult to oppression that he willingly and very publicly countlessly rejects time and time again unless it has to do with him/them and feeling like it's only purposeful to bring up when needing to capitalize victimhood.
They don't want to admit the "rich famous popular pretty attractive Hollywood" male privilege Ryan has come to know, wearing the mask he proudly does and the manipulation he repeatedly uses by using his background to make the public feel sorry for his actions with his past experiences just in the next breath to say some out of pocket bullshit and fully mean it under some disguised charismatic charm and a smile so y'all (whose he's insulting) look like assholes for telling him he's disgusting and a brat. Seriously with how much they protect and excuse his words, values, and ideologies it's showing they don't care to disagree with any of it.
Ryan is not a Man that should be worshipped like how people be doing it and that's just a personal opinion...
Thank you Annie!! And yes to all of this

No Kings protest in New York City, June 14th 2025. The No Kings Day nationwide protest was organized in response to Donald Trump's military parade in Washington DC. Ostensibly, the parade was meant to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army. In reality, Trump organized it for his birthday (which by an unfortunate coincidence falls on the same day as the Army's birthday) because he wants to be praised, fawned over and worshipped like a king. Had the Army's 250th Anniversary not fallen on Trump's birthday, the Army would have merely had a few demonstrations and some activities for the public. But because Trump wanted to use the opportunity for self-adulation on his birthday, it turned into a $45 million parade with tanks, troops and aircraft. It is worth noting at this point that Trump and his henchmen have convinced their followers that they must make drastic cuts to public services such as healthcare, Social Security and children's programming like Sesame Street to save money because the country is in dire straits financially. But somehow there is enough money for a 45 million dollar North Korean-style military spectacle. No Kings Day saw thousands of protests across the nation happen, with one of the largest here in New York City, despite chilly and rainy June weather. Some reports say over 100,000 people hit the streets and marched from Bryant Park to Madison Square Park. Protests in other cities also drew unusually large crowds. And finally, it appears that Trump's DC parade is a flop - it is far less-attended than expected, with sparse crowds (much like his first inauguration) and bored onlookers. From the footage circulating on social media the parade itself can only be described as a grim and embarrassing display of miserable-looking troops and drab vehicles. In fact it seems that more people were at the New York City protest than at Trump's little birthday parade. I saw this ask on another account and I will say the same thing I said then: they will never like Lou. And they will never like any LI. This is something we’ve known for a while.
With Lou (my personal theory) is even worse than with past LI not because of who he is as a person (they’re literally making up stuff to justify themselves), but because he’s a man. Because, before, they hated the LI because they were women and in the way of Buddie, but now?
Tommy is the tangible proof that Buck is into men. But he’s also the tangible proof that he’s not into Eddie. They take his presence, and the implication that it carries (for them) like a slap to the face.
And from now on, it will always be like this. And dare I say, it will always be worse for Buck. Whether they keep on going with the Bucktommy storyline (personally what I prefer and what, honestly, makes more sense), or a new one, the new LI will be incredibly hated on because they’re not Eddie. Same with Eddie, but to a less extent. First because they have Eddie on a pedestal where he cannot do anything wrong, but also because they can spin it into their poor baby being forced into heterosexuality (I cringed just writing that).
And honestly, with Lou they’ve found someone who apparently can take it and doesn’t let those people affect him a lot. But new actors? I don’t know how many will be able to take it long term. We know part of the reason Annelise didn’t come back was this (together with a new job opportunity).
Hopefully they know to keep the guy that gives them engagement, one of the best storylines they’ve had in the last few seasons, and someone able to keep on with the bullshit.
Another thing to point out... no one calls them out on them being misandristic but being misogynistic?? That shit will be called out every hour.
That's because in this fandom, it's okay to be misandristic because if you accuse them of that, then it's because you love a racist and are homophobic.
If you call them misogynistic, you're just another bitchy feminist.

On 911 Nashville's newest post:

Yall are some miserable fucking cunts.
I hope there's an orgy between Blue, Ryan, and Billy Joe in the first 6 minutes because I know you bitches think 6 means Buddie 😭
But damn. They're gonna love these numbers your giving them.

Don't tell me that fb isn't GA, btw. All comments on the Henren post over there are either homophobic (about six) or only about Henren/Aisha and Tracie.
Not one 'Bring back Bobby' comment.

Vs Instagram which is mostly 'Bring back Bobby' and the occasional Buddie. It's amazing that when we talk about Tommy, a white character, we're racist. But not giving one shit about the two black, lesbians on the show because you'd rather have your white peepaw??? Please.

And because Tommy’s just such a loathsome jerk that Hen, Chim, and Cap can’t resist tossing back drinks with him afterworx, throwing him a grand farewell bash, and blowing up his phone for backup every time chaos erupts—classic hater behavior, right? And Athena, bless her heart, clearly picked this detestable human to carry Bobby’s coffin because that’s the ultimate middle finger you give to someone you can’t stand. I mean, pallbearers are obviously chosen out of spite, not because they’re, say, trusted friends or family—pfft, who’s ever heard of that honor? My bad if the actual show stomped all over your precious fanfic headcanon. Maybe crack open season 1 and see how the OGs roll—spoiler: your fave wasn’t even in the starting lineup.

I'm shocked that a fandom who is capable of accepting and forgetting racism from an actor can't believe that a fictional character can and has changed for the better.

This is what I hear in my head every single time this fandom fights. A lot of people who are toxic every day online never watched this and leaned to treat everyone with respect and it fucking shows.

ngl I kinda feel like if you’re on main (with your whole face at that) admitting that you’ve suffered from the tumblr brainrot of being swayed into a ship made up of two hot guys who happen to look in each other’s direction… you kinda can’t scream queerbait when you let yourself get duped again. I’m just sayin’
