The Time For Compassion Is NOW!
As I participate in this weeks assignment for my class, MCO 435, I find myself extremely disappointed with the status of our world today. So much violence, so much hatred, so much death. When, I repeat, WHEN the hell will it stop? Enough is enough people. It is time to love one another, compliment a stranger, reach out to an old friend, tell a previous enemy you’re sorry; do whatever it takes. It is time we rise above all of this hatred taking place in the world because frankly, I’m not sure how much more any of us can take. I for one, have have had enough. What will you do to make a difference? You never know how much a simple gesture or offering kind words to someone can ultimately affect their day and their mindset. Since when has it become such a difficult task for people to show compassion towards one another? This will always be something I take pride in and I forever pledge to offer the same kindness towards individuals of all races, genders, and sex. I love you all.

The most interesting part about this video? The fact that the comments section has been disabled for the video on YouTube... tells you quite a bit about the world we live in today. #foodforthought

Just one person waking up cranky can create a spark and, because of discussion context and voting, these sparks can spiral out into cascades of bad behavior. Bad conversations lead to bad conversations. People who get down-voted come back more, comment more and comment even worse.
