A/N : I WROTE LIKE A WHOLE 1 & 1/2 PARAGRAPHS..... and it didn't save a draft. so here i go again! set in half blood prince! also, series first chapter! AND im not english so it might be a lil messed up I ALMOST FORGOT no burning of the burrow

Screaming woke me up as usual, in the stairs this time, oddly. I sat up and got ready and heard, "I'd think I would know if my best friend is in my room." A confused face appears on my face. I walk out of my room to see Ron and Ginny fighting on different floors. "WHAT IS GOING ON?" I screamed, and they stopped. "Ginny, what happened?" I said calmly. I knew Ron didn't know. "Y/n, Hedwig and Harry's trunk is in the kitchen. But, Ro-" I interrupted her. "REALLY?" Excitement filled my body. I hadn't seen him in a year due to not being in the D.A. "Yeah!" Ginny said, with as much excitement as me. I knew Ginny liked Harry but she didn't share much with me and I am her only sister out of 6 other brothers! Pushing the thought out of my mind, I ran down the stairs, Ron following. There I saw Hedwig. We were all turned around when Harry apparated into the kitchen without a sound. "Oh Harry, how good to see you!" My mother came out of nowhere, hugging the person we didn't know was there. I turned around first, my eyes wided. "Mum, he can't breathe!" Ron said. When she let go, everyone started talking to him. I, being the wallflower I am, stayed back for everyone to talk. "What are you doing here?" Ron said, he hadn't visited all summer. "Orders of Dumbledore." He said, my eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as to why Dumbledore had sent him to The Burrow. I was thinking when I was interrupted by someone pushing me forward. I shot a death glare to Ron, who had pushed me. He backed away with Ginny upstairs. "Hi." Harry said, finally. "Hello." It was hard to talk in this situation. After a few seconds, I said "Why did he send you here?" It looked like he didn't know. "I don't know, actually." He said, laughing. I laughed next to him. My mother came back into the room with food. "Here, it's not much. Ron ate most of it." She said. I laughed again. "Thanks, Mrs. Weasley." Harry said, digging in. We ate in silence, till we saw Ron and Ginny's heads peeking around the corner. I heard Ginny saying, "Nothing interesting, let's go."
