A Happy Life (F!Corrin x Kaze)

Even after immeasurable time in the darker country, Kaze still found himself yearning for the familiar warmth of the sun settling itself down onto skin. While he had certainly adjusted to the cooler temperatures, along with other different traditions, he still felt himself wishing to be in Hoshido from time to time. He would never act on those feelings, of course, not unless Corrin was willing to go with him as well, which she did sometimes.

Being a ‘princess of Nohr’ was quite a task, but Kaze was able to assist her with many things, whether it be paperwork (he was good at finding information), Hoshidan traditions and ways that needed to be accommodated whenever the royals came to meet with Xander, and of course a place of stability and comfort.

The war had taken many things from everyone. It would be years before Nohr could recover, and many more before Hoshido would finally be on good terms with the country. Kaze was minus a brother, Corrin had experienced many ravages of war first hand.
