remember this. i see people slamming banana ice cream and carrot noodles, but honestly? fitties eat normal ice cream too, banana ice cream is just for everyday kinda things (especially since it tastes the same as normal ice cream???) and i've never tried carrot noodles, but what i'm tryna say here is that it's about eating the unhealthy things you like in moderation, and finding substitutes for all the other times.
