-  To comply with the Public Health Agency and local health authorities’ guidelines, access to our showroom, waiting area and washroom facilities is restricted.  To reduce the number of customers on our premises, we will be working on vehicles with appointments ONLY.  

-  If you’re here for your appointment for a changeover and don’t need to purchase new tires, please DO NOT enter our showroom.

-  Please have wheel locks and other necessary accessories readily available in the trunk for our technicians.  Please take note EXTAC $40 apply if you bring newly- bought tires from other stores for us to install.

-  If you are here for new tire purchases OR have tires stored at our facilities, please proceed to our showroom so that our staff can help you complete your purchases.

-  A FACE MASK OR FACE COVERYING IS REQUIRED when entering our store.

-  Please be diligent in practicing physical distancing and we thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe.

為了遵守衛生署(The Public Health Agency and Local Health Authorities) 指引，將限制使用本店之陳列室，等候室與及洗手間設施。為了減少客戶在本店內等候人數，我們僅會已預約的車輛提供服務。如需購買新輪呔，在登記預約服務前，請致電我們或到本公司網站索取報價單，確保預約當日能為閣下服務。

在已預約情況下，如果閣下只需本店提供換呔服務，而無需購買輪呔，請不要進入本店陳列室，只要直接以倒車方式泊入車位 (面向本店車房).

請耐心等候本公司的技術人員安排，技術人員會根據  貴客戶需要的不同服務而安排不同的工作區。我們強烈建議閣下在本公司服務期間留在車箱內 (除了要到陳列室付款外)，亦請閣下把車窗關緊。

如果貴客需要購買輪呔或車呔存放在本公司，泊車後請先到本店陳列室安排服務。

請注意:

1. 請勿自𢹂非由本店出售之新呔到本店，本店一律不會提供安裝服務, 多謝合作!

2. 在肺炎期間，本公司不會提供等候區及洗手間服務。

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Late arrivals will result in longer wait times.

COVID-19 Update (Mar 23,2020)

The well- being of our community is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, according to the Ontario Government Announcement, in order to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, we will be temporarily closed until Apr 7th, 2020 tentatively. In the meantime, we will still be providing quotations service by email kenshin.tires@gmail.com If you have tires stored in our facilities and wish to take them back, please reach out to us via email to arrange a pick- up of those tires, however, no service can be provided on the vehicle. About COVID-19

Following the government’s guidelines, we respectfully ask you to refrain from visiting if you are:

·        Feeling unwell

·        Have been in contact with someone who is feeling unwell

·        Have traveled outside of Canada within the past 14 days

In order to protect yourself and our staff during this period, we will be WORKING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and WILL NOT be accepting any walk-ins for tire changeovers.

Please also follow updates announced by the government as it may result in INTERRUPTIONS of our services.
