20th November 2014 - Catch-up session

Well, hello there! Didn't see you there. I've already used the word "there" more times than I can count the syllabuses in "pictures". Which is exactly two. HELLO AGAIN!

Yeah you see the problem with not writing for such a long period of time is that you forget how to start things nicely. I WILL GET THE HANG OF IT AGAIN JUST GIVE ME TIME.

Just so we get it clear, I was totally not stalking my eye candy's ((or ec as the hip people call it now)) blog. Neither did she post a million photos. Nor am I copying her in anyway whatsoever. Now that that's out of the way, I have a lot of pictures to share. Each with a little story. So treat this as a mid-sized little or big ((depending how many photos I decide to insert here)) catch-up. Go buy a Starbucks or something and come back here. Go on. It'll be more atmospheric that way. Go on. Get a drink. Shoo. You're not going to do it are you? You and your lazy bum. 20 June 2014 - Me camp mate brought this bear to a camp I went to in June. It was soft and fluffy and the people thought I was crazy over a small bear but whatevs.

20 July 2014 - Just a nice view from the rooftop of my friend's house. She stays in a condo. I want to live there and go up to the rooftop everyday. They should make all the rooftops open for public access. :/

28 August 2014 - First time going for laser-tech. I started off really fast, being all ninja-like then half way through, I got really tired and breathless and slowed down to a crawl. So much so I didn't even bother to running or dodging attacks. That's when I knew I needed to start running again cause me stamina is dead son. ((Still haven't gone running. Still procrastinating it. Still Kye. What was up with my hair HAHA)) #firsttime

1 September 2014 - Class chalet! :D I would post more embarrassing photos but this is the internet and there is no privacy on here so, to future self, look at the other photos of today and laugh. xD

16 September 2014 - Ice skating with le classmates. I can now say that I have gotten better at ice skating. And I started to skate backwards really slowly. Soon I will be the national ice skating champion. MWHAHAHA. Or I will be the national ice skating chimpanzee. Get it? Me neither. MOVING ON.

23 September 2014 - We went to Botanic gardens I think. By we I mean my class. We had like a little picnic during the day and fed the geese during the sunset. I didn't feed them with an open palm though. Cause my friend did that and she screamed HAHAHA. So I just threw them on the ground. OH THERE WERE BABY GEESE TOO. They were absolutely adorable! Like a whole bunch of them. I always thought that they would follow the adults wherever they went but nope.

27 September 2014 - Wet n' Wild run. My first run. Awesome. What was not awesome was that like a few stations were closed for no reason so... Was it worth it. Eh. Will I pay $60 to go wet n wild run again? Eh. Will i volunteer for wet n wild run? Eh. But it was fun cause the people was fun. :D #firsttime

15 October 2014 - First time going to adventure cove. Eh. It was pretty fun I guess? Eh. Playing in the sea at chalet was more fun. #firsttime

17 November 2014 - I am not exactly sure where this was but somewhere near town. Yeah we played with shadows. (Wuliao I know. Shh. Elearning week)

I shall now conclude my catch-up here because I have spent an hour and 35 minutes on this already, and you're pretty much up to date on where I have been. Yes it took that long cause I had to dig out photos. APPRECIATE MY EFFORT FUTURE ME. SEE HOW HARDWORKING PAST YOU WAS!? I'm assuming future me will be lazier than the current me typing this. 10th November 2014 - 1 year after O'level ended

Exactly 1 year ago, on 10/11/13, my O'levels ended. You could probably imagine the happiness that was coursing through my veins because you would have felt the exact same thing. No one in their left mind goes, "Oh no. School is over. Exams are over. What shall I ever do now. I'm so bored." Never. I don't mean to insult no one in their left mind though. If you're no one with a left mind, then... *insert creative answer here*.

I'll probably read this another day and go, 'Wow, I make no sense.". Yeah, I don't. I tend to do that a lot. Especially when I'm listening to doctor who's music. Every time I listen to it, my brain goes all "BWAHHHHHHHHHHHH". And trying to type and organize my thoughts while listening to it is probably not good for anyone except myself.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that I enjoyed my 6 months or so break. Unlike many others, I didn't work. I didn't bother. No regrets either. You want to know why I didn't bother doing anything productive during those 6 months? It was probably the only 6 months break I was ever going to have. And why rush to go and work? I mean I have the rest of my life to work after graduation. Work until I die. To those of you in the future reading this, enjoy your 6 months break! :D You probably won't ever have it again because when you grow up, there is no break.

Yeah. That's all I have to say for now. Probably going to write a post reminiscing about my first secondary school crush next. Or soon. YEAH. INTERESTING RIGHT! xD I have a feeling it's going to sound nicer in my head than it will in written words though.

But yeah. CYA! :D

Edit : Doctor who season 8 also ended yesterday. If that's a thing you guys might be interested in. The quote that got my attention was this one, cause it's so true. And it never occurred to me. Might explain why I don't exactly like hugs.

3rd November 2014 - (A'lvl starts) Purposeless post :D

Hi. /awkward smile. I swear doctor who gifs are the best. HAHAHA. ((I started laughing a lot more in typing and texts since I last wrote a blog post. Which was likeeeeeee 4th May. Which is exactly 191 days if I did the math correctly. THAT'S LIKE HALF A YEAR. DAMNNNNN TIME FLIES))

I've actually had a ton of ideas during my hiatus to write about but Kye being Kye, I forgot all of them. Well, most of them anyways. ((I should really write down stuff. So disorganized. Urgh.)) And whenever I sit down and try to write, my mind is like, "NOPE. AIN'T HAPPENING. GO YOUTUBE. IT'S BETTER". Which I gladly do. You know the saying where it goes something on the lines of, "A writer's worst enemy is a blank sheet of paper"? Yeah. That just summed up my hiatus. ((Don't know how to properly use this word yet. I just know it means long break.))

Just had a nice cold shower, was prepared to sit down and actually finally study ((I didn't do well in semester 1 if you're asking. I was hoping to get at least a GPA 3.8 or somewhere close to that. What I actually got was 2.75. Which is horrible and it just ruined everything. So yeah. Now I actually HAVE to study. :/ Also, note to anyone here reading this going to poly - Last minute studying doesn't work. Take me as proof. HAHA.)) but I decided like posting on my blog. Cause I personally hate when people just abandon their blogs like months on end. Leaving me with nothing to read. So I'm trying not to be the person I hate. YEAH 2015 NEW YEAR RESOLUTION STARTED HAHAHA.

On a side note. I have become more happy. ((Even though I'm kinda sick now. - Thanks for your well wishes, all 1 of you reading this. Appreciate it.)) Like I don't know, I just feel more happy compared to when I was in secondary school. ((Apparently IE11 is the #1 browser now so I decided to go back and try it but typing this is really laggy. I'll switch back to chrome in the next post. I don't know why I'm telling you this. Or why I'm telling myself this but yeah.)) Which is good, I guess. I've become less of a sea shell and more of a book. If that makes any sense. Probably won't. If it does, then, YOU SIR OR MDM HAVE A GREAT BRAIN. :D Yeah, complimenting myself indirectly now. A NEW LOW. xD

4th May 2014 - I'M BACK. WELCOME ME BACK.

HELLO!!! How long has it been since I last posted? Hmm, let me see... 93 days! ((I was kinda expecting like a hundred days to be honest xD)) The last time I posted I talked about my job and just stopped to take a break from blogging. I don't know how you can take a break from something as simple as posting at least once a month but I guess I just wasn't feeling it. I've tried to type several posts cause, "a blank sheet of paper is your worst enemy." and I did. 3 times actually. I didn't post them cause like what I said, I just wasn't feeling it ya know. ((and cause 2 of them are not completed yet cause I ran out of attention))

FACT of Kye : I always have like a goal or something I need to complete but when I'm on my way to the goal, I always get distracted and bugger off somewhere else to do something else. For example, I really wanted to learn piano and I still do, but the longest I've ever spent at one time trying to learn to play "What are words" was 30minutes. That's not very long. I would say the total time I have been on the piano is about 2 hours. That's 2 hours of practice for 1 year. That's 0.02% of the time I spent in 1 year trying to play the piano.

In the "break" time I had, I had a ton of interesting things happen to me that I would love to share but since I'm writing this post, my brain won't let me share them because I already "forgot" them. I know for a fact that I remember them but my brain doesn't want to make the effort to remember them and neither do I to be honest. ((It's too much work!)):P

So poly started.

Yeah, that's how much you missed during my 93 days break. XD Just kidding, it started 2 weeks ago. You didn't miss too much things. The people here are just so awesome. (At least the 4 classes that are in my course. #BIT is such a small course XD)

Secondary school will be at the last of every list because there wasn't anything interesting that I took away from it. I took away a ton from primary school.

I learnt that if you took Chinese, you had superior memory because "each Chinese word is like a painting. Remembering thousands of paintings is not easy...".

I learnt the right from the wrong.

I learnt to LOVE science. (THANK YOU MRS KOH and MISS BALA. I LOVE YOU! <3)

I learnt to not hate math (THANK YOU MR YEH)

My English teacher whose name I cannot remember for the life of me taught me so much more than just English. And the fact that she made my English from rocks to a Stonehenge in 3 years was even better. ((That's the weirdest analogy I've ever created. Shut up. It's 2 in the morning. Don't cry. I didn't mean shut up that way. I just wanted you to keep quiet. I'm sorry. Shh, shh, shh. *gives cookie* That's it. It's all better now. ^^))

I will write a whole post about primary school itself. There are stories I want to share that are long overdue. XD There is one video I would like to share too. I just found it the other day behind my bed while repainting the walls and OMG I WAS SO FREAKING ADORABLE.

There should a post about my secondary school days cause there definitely was some interesting things too. I might share a love story if I want to but I'm not sure I want to. We'll see when the time comes. XD AND NO ITS NOT A REAL LOVE STORY. But it's a cute story. ^^

This post is going on WAAAY too long and future me reading this might have probably stopped reading this post a long time ago to go do something else like flying a jetpack or something. idk what the future holds. That wouldn't be good though, if I was flying like a jetpack and I get distracted. That wouldn't be good at all. Unless there was a soft bouncy thing to catch me in. Like cats. But they have to be dead otherwise they would move a lot and not catch me. BOY THIS GOT DARK QUICK. OMG. See kids, this is what happens when you stay up late. Don't do late kids, it's bad for you.

30th Jan 2014 - The Promoter

It's been 18 days since I last posted. Now I have a reason for this (and no it's not an excuse to coverup my laziness to blog). I've been working as a promoter at Jurong Point and I have learnt things and saw things that I might share with you, under one condition : if you agree to buy give me a cookie. Mmmm. Cookies!

Keeping to my side of the deal, I'll now write about my experiences of being a promoter. :D ((Can you scream yay so as to make it seem like you're excited for this.))

ALRIGHT! Calm down. I know all of ya'll are very excited to hear the stories I have to tell but I SAID CALM DOWN SO SIT DOWN. NOW. Good. So my little children, let's talk about the birds and the OH WRONG STORY HANG ON.

So my experiences of being a promoter. It was okay. Fun I guess. *end credits*

HAHAHAHA. No, I did that just to make Mr Thong feel stuff cause 1. I know you're reading this. So hi. *waves seductively* #shoutout 2. I know you hate the words "okay" and "fun" at the same time. I get it, alright. Or am I alwrong? 3. Yes, this little part is all for you. Feel special cause now you're on my blog! Also, BEST ENGLISH TEACHER EVER OMG I LOVE YOU LIKE HOW A CAT LOVES TO SLEEP. No, that's too much commitment. Hmm. My love for you is like a paper cut ; deep. (That's the best quote I made this year so far. HAHAHA.)

MOVING ON with my experiences (for real this time). I learnt the skills of promoting. (Yes there ARE skills involved in persuading people to buy stuff and I might will definitely use it to make my eye-candy like me, if we ever meet irl. Yeah, it will totally work, trust me! HAHAHA. #foreveralone #pathetic)

I also learnt that guys are desperate. (There are a few exceptions though, like me and a few of my friends. Just to clarify any doubts you were having about me) So, there was this girl who was working as a promoter for a day and all the guys who were promoting all went to pick her up. (Not literally, just saying. Some of you just have to take every thing you read literally. Which is good. Feeding apple juice to an apple tree is illegal and considered cannibalism. True story yo.) How do I always manage to go off topic. #trueskills

So yeah, all of them tried to pick her up. I don't know if they succeeded or not but I know at least 2/7 of them got her number. Also, EACH of the seven guys kinda looked like this when they saw her.

I am not even joking. They all wore a pink hat and had 2 huge front teeth. #ADVANCEDsarcasm

So yup, that's all I really have to say about my experiences of being a promoter. I hope you guys have enjoyed reading this post as much as I have put effort to find and include the gifs in this post. Oh, how much was I being paid you might ask yourself. Well, honestly, it was a bit too much for such a simple job but HEY I'M NOT COMPLAINING!

12th Jan 2014 - Results tomorrow!

HELLO! :D

I'm back here. Again. It's been eleven days. Wow. That's like really long. Actually, the only reason I'm here is because I've been reading a blog (literally (LITERALLY) started 10 minutes ago. I am SOOOO easily influenced. :P) and she kinda reminded me I had a blog. Soooo here I am! Hi! :D

Right, tomorrow. Tomorrow is when I'll be receiving my O'level results. Not sure what to expect or what to feel right now but I kinda feel afraid? It's not really afraid either. Like my guess is that my score will probably be between 13 and 23. I'm pretty good at guessing so I'll probably get between that. "Well kye, that's a huge range, of course you're gonna get it right. Like duhh." --- you might say. Well, you see, I don't know how badly or how good I've done. I have LITERALLY no idea thanks to the *censored* bell curve. Yup, so looking forward to that tomorrow. Sighpie. (HAHAHAHA. I JUST USED SIGHPIE. OMG I'M SO CUTE. #SelfPraise)

Yesterday I w(going off topic for a bit here. erm, I should totally have more pictures instead of a huge chunk of words. I'll work on that, kay? kay carry on!:D)ent (yeah I get distracted too easily) to(by the way, I'm just typing whatever comes to my mind right now. As you can probably tell, I'm hungry. I mean errrr distracted. MMMmmmmm fooood) visit NgeeAnn Poly for their open house and my primary school friend (who is now in international buisness. Yeap. I have friends there. Don't look at me like that. XD) recognized me. Apparently, she was in my primary 1 chinese class. I REALLY have no idea who she is though.

What baffles me to this day is when people recognize me. Like how?  How do you recognize someone who you have not SEEN let alone TALKED to for 10 years. I mean like HOW!? I cannot even recognize people after like 3 years cause I don't know? I can't? Unless I like you(yes you *unglam wink*) or you're important(like a family or a teacher) then I'll probably keep your face stored forever in my brain. I think. I still don't know how my brain works or why it even works but it's there and it's awesome. (DIBS. I call dibs on my brain first. None of you can have it now. NONE OF YOU. Except maybe ehhh... You, the one sitting down in front of your computer. Yes you! Have my brain! *hands over slimy bloody brain thingy*)

Now I just realized 2 things.

1. I keep spelling bloody as bloddy for some reason. 2. This post might get confusing cause I just watched a lot of vlogs today and being a person who's something something blahblah, kind of you know, followed their style. Cause a lot of YouTubers stop mid-sentence and say what they want to say and I am not making a lot of sense right now so I should totally keep quiet now. Yup. *nods head* 3. I just realized this. This post would make for a very good video. In fact, I should start my own YouTube channel and make stuff cause I think it'll be very entertaining. Well......... More entertaining than reading. I think. For me anyways.

1st Jan 2013 - Whoo new year.

Hello once again! :D

Right, okay. Hi. Trying to make this as awkward as possible. Is it awkward yet? No? Fine. Be like that. Hmph... Shall we continue? Ohhkay. WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT. Ohkay never mind. Hang on. My brain, Tim just told me that I shouldn't write it here right now. Tim is very indecisive. Tim is fat. Tim is ugly. No one likes Tim. OKAY TIM HAS DECIDED, let's just write it here. : I haz a new blog skin! Yayyyyyyyyy! :D Yeah, just that one sentence made Tim question about the existence of life in the universe. Idiot.

So like it's 2014. yay? For some reason, this is the only year I didn't care about the countdown. Maybe I was tired or something? I don't know. But yeah. Not at all excited for the new year. Maybe I don't have anything to do until April that's why. :P

SOOOOOOOO, I came up with an idea! :D I'll compile a list of a 100 things to do by 2015. Right now I'm like 20% complete~ (give me till like the 12th end of Jan to compile the list. I might finish it earlier if we get lucky. :D) I decided to do this and not new year resolutions cause...

Hello once againnn audience! I totally did not steal that intro from Toby Turner. I was merely borrowing it. :D

I very recently watched a YouTube video. It was a very simple video where Carrie just showed the camera books she had bought and the little summary behind each one. Now I'm sure most of y'all know that I'm pretty lazy when it comes to reading huge amount of words and thus, have not finished a book since I was in primary education. I've completed my secondary education now and I kind of miss books? *shudder*

Yeah I know, me too. So this is what I plan to do. I'm going to attempt the impossible, reading a book... If I die while reading a book, then I just want to say, "YOLO". HAHAHAHA! KAY BYEEEEE! :D

22 November 2013 - #REDCamp #APACHES

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :D Here I am once again! :D It's so nice to see at least one of you here reading this. Omg im so touched im going to cry ); *Starts crying* For the past three days, I've been attending the Ngee Ann Poly REDCAMP! :D For future me with gawd awful memory, it's basically a camp. Idiot.
