idea when sometime in between present & TYL, Haru successfully defends herself from kidnappers but takes a life during the process.

(fence? idk what you call it) and just started outside blankly#Hibari saw her looking out so he wrapped his jacket (or a blanket) around her shoulders and didn't say anything#and then and then haru asks if she did well with a smile that looked like she was going to break anytime soon#and hibari just replies with a yes and his own affectionate smile and haru just breaks the fuck down#just dirty messy crying and hibari just takes it all in and keeps telling her she did well#((IDK WHY but i just imagine Hibari just being super duper affectionate to his lover - or maybe i'm just thinking like this now#since i'm a lot older than when i first read KHR but wHEW IMAGINE HIBARI TREATING YOU LIKE YOU'RE HIS NUMBER ONE#and knowing that hibari only treats you and only you like that is just whew))

had a fanfic..AU? idea couple like couple years ago (okay more than a couple years) where Haru felt like she was stuck in a loophole or trapped in one, as everyday was same for her, and she was secretly hoping for something new or to feel like she’s alive (or something). One day when she was going home late at night, she didn’t notice a couple of delinquents until they cornered her and whaM! Hibari to the rescue (tho i’m sure he wanted wanted to beat up the delinquents) and Haru feels like her everyday is going to be different then.
