Bridget was more compelling than Red - Bridget’s backstory, pain, and descent into becoming the Queen of Hearts was more emotionally gripping than Red’s "hero" journey. Her scenes had more weight and complexity.

YESSSSSS!!!! I ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT THAT!!!
And let's go to my headcanon!
Uliana
Uli, after the shock, she would surely come to the conclusion that if Pinky Princess held a grudge against her best friend for 30 years for a single act, what would become of her, who had made her life hell? If even those who occasionally took her cupcakes and chatted amicably were not spared, it would be a matter of time until Bridget found her and killed her personally...
But I think that's not even the worst part for our dear Uliana (I don't think Hades' niece would be that afraid of death lol) for her, worse than death is realizing that that sweet princess had become a villain that she never came close to being, she had achieved her life's ambition. The greatest humiliation of her life would be to admit that Bridget had surpassed her, and that she would have to run away like a coward or die by her hands... After pondering for a few minutes Uliana realized that in the end the "perfect revenge" was taken by the Queen of Hearts, not by her. Ironic, isn't it?
Hook
I imagine Hook would panic and try to run away at all costs and would definitely force his children to go with him, he doesn't care if he is seen as a coward, he just wants to make sure his 3 children are safe. He has never thanked the heavens more that Harry couldn't accompany Uma to Auradon Prep that day, I can even imagine him with Harriet and CJ holding Harry in tears as he struggles to try to go after Uma, they beat him before putting him on board the Jolly Rogers and leaving as quickly as possible. Hook would be willing to swallow his pride, go to Neverland and join Pan if it meant his children could have a chance, his children already had to pay for their sins once, on the island, he would never forgive himself if something happened to them because of him again.
Morgie
Of the Fab Five, Morgie came closest to showing some sign of empathy, I believe that after the barrier was broken he became a better person. So, upon learning of the coup d'état, like the others, he would be shocked and perhaps feel a little guilty. He would start to think that if he had done good deeds in his youth, if he had stopped Uliana from completing the prank, or if he had been nice from the beginning to that sweet girl who only wanted to bake and make friends, things could be different now. He started to think about all the acts of his life before running away with the Hook family.
Hades
When Hades learned of the coup d'état, he couldn't help but find the situation funny. Knowing that the coup d'état was based on a mere whim and resentment from high school seemed extremely ridiculous to him. In his millennia of life, he had seen several coups and wars happen for idiotic reasons, and this was definitely one of them. The god of death definitely knows he won't die, but from experience, he knows he can't underestimate his adversaries. He's done it twice, once with Hercules and once with the Fairy Godmother, who trapped him on the island for 20 years. He knows Bridget is smart and has a plan of attack, but he can't afford to back down. This directly threatens the crown and he won't let anything happen to his precious daughter. Even though he's a reformed villain, he won't go down without a fight for his family and will try to burn her to a crisp :)
I can't stop thinking about Uliana's gang learning about Bridget once they are adult.
Like, imagine that after the prank Bridget went back to Wonderland, and for years the villains didn't hear about her because they were on the isle and didn’t hear the news about Auradon.
Then once the barrier is taken down and they do actually have news from Auradon they don’t bother to learn about her because why would they research about the pinky princess they bullied in high-school.
But they just wake up one day and learn that Bridget made a SUCCESSFUL coup against Auradon and KILLED CINDERELLA, WHO WAS HER BESTFRIEND! and tbh i think that she propably killed more royals then thah it just happened that Ella was the most personnal for her.
Then they learn that Bridget is actually batshit crazy, killed thousands of people, and turned people into mindless guards and servants!
And she also somehow was strong enough to fight back Auradon so she wouldn't be sent to the isle because she is a VILLAIN.
Perfect pinky princess Bridget who made cupcakes for everyone is actually a villain???? And better one then Uliana? (because I do think that Uliana ended up on the Isle, just for like, minor crimes instead of actual act of villainy like the others) (Well if Uliana is alive and Bridget didn't kill her)
And THAT can also be a shock! It turned out that their friend who mysteriously disappeared one day was actually killed and maybe even tortured by BRIDGET!?
Nice pink baking lover BRIDGET !?
The shock.

First of all, English is not my native language, so if there is anything wrong here I apologize.
...
I don't know if this word would fit your context, but here we go!
In my headcanon, I like to use the word "suit" for this. The synonyms for this word seem to fit very well.
The new Bridget takes this very seriously and tries to pass it on to Red as much as possible.
Googling the definition of "suit", I found this:
Suit (noun)
Pronunciation: /suːt/
1. A formal set of clothes, usually consisting of a jacket and matching trousers or skirt, worn on social or professional occasions.
2. A lawsuit; a lawsuit filed in court to seek a legal remedy.
3. Any of the four sets of cards in a deck of cards (Hearts, Spades, Diamonds, and Clubs).
4. A person of authority, especially in a business or government context.
Synonyms:
1. Outfit, attire, ensemble, uniform.
2. Lawsuit, case, litigation.
3. Deck, category.
4. Executive, official, authority, dignitary.
----------------------------------------------------------
After some thought, I took the liberty of creating a new definition that would make sense in this context:
Suit (noun)
Pronunciation: /suːt/
1. A member of Wonderland royalty whose position symbolizes power, elegance, and duty. Representative of one of the four suits: Hearts, Spades, Diamonds or Clubs, with unique abilities and responsibilities that reflect the essence of their suit.
2. Sovereign leader who harmonizes the kingdom through emotion, logic, prosperity or creativity, ensuring balance and order in Wonderland.
So, being a "suit", a monarch, is about setting an example to be followed.
I tried to create a context for this word:
----------------------------------------------------------
The Concept of "Suit" in the Kingdom of Wonderland
In Wonderland, the title of Suit is not just a label attributed to royalty, but an emblem of harmony between power, style and duty. Being a "Suit" means being part of the ruling elite, the true monarchs of the kingdom, whose presence symbolizes both the order and the extravagance that permeates Wonderland.
The concept of "Suit" evokes a vision of power that is not necessarily imposed with brutality (old Bridget disagrees lol), but rather with an elegant subtlety, as if each action and each decree were part of a great game. A game where they are the masters, always with the "Joker card" that the occasion demands to maintain order, justice and the well-being of their people.
A Suit may seem part of an already established card system, but they know how to use this structure to their advantage, shaping the destiny of Wonderland according to their vision. They are the personification of the rules of the game and are the most strategic "players". Like a deck of cards, the King and Queen, suits of Wonderland, are the ultimate symbols of power. Some ruled with the severity of the spades, others focused on the prosperity of the diamonds, or the ingenuity and development of the clubs. The Hearts family is the main pillar of balance that has kept the "wonderful" reality running for millennia with their wisdom.
The word Suit carries the idea of adequacy and adjustment. They are the leaders who harmonize the contrasts of Wonderland: logic and madness, order and chaos, the serious and the absurd.
Much more than just occupying the throne, a Suit carries with him the very harmony of the kingdom. His role is to ensure that everything and everyone is in tune with the magical madness that governs the land. To govern as a Suit is to satisfy the demands of the kingdom, from its laws to the most extravagant desires in all their peculiarities. His mission is more than reigning; it is to harmonize the madness of Wonderland, satisfying the demand for justice, truth and, paradoxically, chaos.
We need a Wonderlandian word for Princess! Help me out...
As someone who loves the idea of there being a Wonderlandian language (or at the very least, a pseudo-language) that they speak in throughout the Underland, I think there needs to be a word for "princess".
I mean, just think about it---Red is always calling Chloe 'princess' and 'boo', so Chloe needs something to call her as well! And I mean, I know Bridget's title 'Queen of Hearts' is more an ode to her whole cards theme, and she's actually the Empress of Wonderland. While that would make Red an heiress more than a princess, I still think there would a word for it! Plus, Ella might have called Bridget by this term at some point, so it can be used in that way too.
If you look below the cut, there's a few words I've collected (some are canon within the Alice In Wonderland world, others are my own ideas which you can feel free to nab and use yourself). Use those as inspiration and use those beautiful brains so we can think of something cute for Chloe to use to refer to Red as!
I also have a hell of a lot more hc ideas so @ me or reblog this if you want more (BEG FOR IT MWAHAHA /j)
• Regions ~ Witzend (Hatter Land, mountainous), Queast (a brimful land to the East), Snud (Southern land, home to Grampus Blues/Trotter's Bottom), Salazen Grum (aka Desert of Crims), The Tulgey Wood (Tove/Jabberwocky/Jubjub /Bandersnatch territory), Gummer Slough (viscously muddy swamp), Iplam (SW near Tulgey), Caterpillar Bush (within Cheshire domain, near Iplam), Bramble Bay (on the other side of Tulgey Wood), Looking Glass Mountain, Vorpal Mountain,
• Language (Outlandish) ~ Tulgey (Twisty), Wanderer/Wonderer (Any Wonderlandian visiting Auradon), Futterwacken (joyous dance), Futterwack (one who is excitable) Brillig (almost supper; a time), Ezel (all that way; "You want to go up ezel?"), Fairfarren (farewell), Frumious (filthy/smelly), Gallymongers (crazy), Guddler (theif), Guddlegud (grabby hands; nickname) Gyre (spin), Klotchyn (Listen up), Mimsy (flimsy & miserable), Noge (get/go down), Nunz (not yet), Orgal (to the left), Stang (to the right), Outgribe (bellowing whistley sneeze), Saganistute (sage/astute person), Scut (vulgar word for butt), Slithy (lithe/slimy), Yadder (past/beyond), Zounder (behind/behind you), "Naught for usal" (no use in it), "Slurking urpal slackush scrum" (bad word of the most worst meaning), Temmut/Temnut (hero), Temsil (liberator), Gordazzlous (gorgeous/dazzling), Futtertitilles (butterflies), Titilleskips (palpitations of the heart), Titiller (flirt), Crims (grasp/hold or center/heart depending on context), Gnasher/Gnawer (Social terms for fanged Wonderlandians that act differently during teething season; One tears things to ease the ache in their gums, the other prefers to gently hold things in their mouth), Chumbler (A durable & bulky teether for gnashers), Grawnib (A delicate & intricate teether for gnawers), blockspade (blockade),
• Plants ~ Prank Rafflesia (long tendrils, hangs people upside down), Fluttneb nuts (an unusually unimpressive nut with a sweet, caramel center), Nerghumfop poppies (explode with a sticky red dust), Pippernuttle (vibrant & colorful sticky-burrs), Besifentuc root (an ingredient in the WL fever medicine), Chawgritt trees (Grow in the Crims of Salazar Grum; Shed tough, high-nutrience bark that is often used in teethers),
Also a little extra thing, here's a little idea dump on the different card types:
~ Hearts = Status, (telethesia*) ~|~ Diamonds = Protection, (invulnerability) ~|~ Spades = Influence, (teleportation) ~|~ Clubs = Labor, (telekinesis)
*telethesia = the ability to know that something has happened or is in a place without the use of the five main senses. This can be used to slightly predict an outcome or stay in touch with Wonderland when on the surface (Auradon), often in the form of calls or a looking glass.

this woman terrifies me, i wouldn’t blame Riven if the mere sight of her brought back horrible memories

yes, she has nice hair and a cute smile and she’s insanely beautiful but behind all that there’s a very terrifying power. the thought that she could manipulate the perspective of the world around a person, make them lose their mind and torture them until they can’t discern reality from fiction is horrifying
when Riven left the cells he was running on pure adrenaline, what happened when that stopped? i don’t even want to imagine the emotional turmoil he went through. yes, he has his flaws but he didn’t deserve that
Darcy’s power is and always will be the one that i fear the most, a 100%, that woman could give me a heart attack just by seeing her in the distance
