I’m honestly so sick of putting all this effort into writing something decent, with a plot that isn’t shallow and with proper grammar. I’m borderline obsessive because everything has to make sense—if something doesn’t match the rest, I have a full-on meltdown. Then I look around to see what’s popular, and it’s stuff written terribly, with ridiculous plots and characters who are, most of the time, completely OOC. And I get absolutely zero recognition for all the effort I put in. I feel invisible. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.
