Does anyone have tips on how to improve back flexibility? I want to become more flexible and I used to be able to do a back bend from standing and pushing up but I can’t do either anymore. I did this with the assist of my bed to get to the ground.

What food do you eat the most now?
Right now I eat either corn or carrots in every meal. I love corn and I have been making this carrot ribbon salad which is pretty yummy and low calorie so I like having it as a side.

When I was on vacation we went horseback riding and outside the farm they had these two adorable little kitties that were just laying around outside 🥰
The one with the black stripe on its head had the prettiest eyes but I couldn’t get a good picture because he kept laying down to sleep.
They were both so cute though

Honestly there is a lot of food that I would say for this. I would eat donuts, cake, ice cream, fried chicken(gnarly iykyk), and pasta because they are the things I want the most.

Hello, I’ve been gone for a month but I want to start posting again. In the past month I hit 155 lbs which sucked but I have lost almost 6 pounds in the past 3 weeks 🙂. I weighed in this morning at 149.2 and I haven’t been binging as badly as I used to.
I’ve set my calorie goal to be below 1200 but I have a rule that if I go over it by any amount I have to burn it off through exercise. It motivates me to not eat so I don’t have to workout a lot but still gives me a bit of a cushion if I’m not perfect in my diet.
So yea, I’ll probably mainly post me@lspo and the daily prompt thing again. Bye bye

Have you taken up nic/weed to suppress appetite? If not, would you?
I have not and I never will, I don’t want to like criticize anyone if you do but I just think it’s kind of dumb to do something that is so dangerous like smoking or vaping. And I just see no appeal in doing weed because it’s something my dad used to do and he wasn’t great always, but he also did other things than weed too, but still. Like I said if you do it it’s your business and if you used to and are trying to get better than that’s great ☺️

Fitness stats for yesterday
My watch died so it missed a few thousand steps but whatever, I didn’t do much working out yesterday.
I did go to my doctor though and I got prescribed a anti-depressant. I’ve always been weary of them because I hear a lot of them cause weight gain but this one I was researching and I found a lot that said it was weight neutral and if not that then more weight loss so I’m happy to take it. I also was looking at a list of side effects for it and saw An@ was a side effect, which I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a €d being a side effect of medicine before.

I just try to distract myself, I play Minecraft or I walk around and if I’m really feeling like it I just stay in my room, away from the kitchen.

Day 8)
How long have you had an unhealthy relationship with food?
I started having issues when Covid started. I had always been pretty skinny when I was younger, despite being very large when I was a baby. I ate mainly home cooked stuff, I would eat out sometimes but it was mainly nicer restaurants, like seafood places and less often fast food. I am from the southern USA so we also ate a lot of meats, like ribs, bratwursts, steak, hotdogs, hamburgers, and sides like Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, things like that that my dad would grill and trust me I could eat but I was still active (I did gymnastics) and it wasn’t all the time. And I never really had thoughts about my body how healthy I was eating.
But when Covid started my mom started working more and couldn’t cook as much and my dad left so it was just my mom taking care of me and my sister. We started eating fast food every day, and on top of that I would eat a lot of frozen foods and sweets and it made me gain a lot of weight. I was around 160 in 2021 at 5’5ish but I still had no feelings about my body or weight so I kept going and kept gaining. I ate out of boredom and just cause I wanted too, and I became depressed and very socially anxious. I only started to become insecure in 2023 when I weighed 200 lbs and that made me want to lose weight but I actually did it quite healthily for awhile it was only a year ago that I became restrictive.
But yeah that’s the time frame I remember, and being realistic this could definitely be wrong, I have a horrible memory and I don’t remember like anything except small details and pictures I’ve seen from any of my life before August of last year. Idk why but that’s as far as my memory goes and even then I don’t remember all that much so this is what I have pieced together based on photos.🙂

Why did you start losing weight and why did you start doing it unhealthily?
So, this one is probably going to be long so buckle up. Si started losing weight back in 2023, I never had any issues or thoughts about how I looked, how I dressed, what I weighed, nothing until the 2024-2025 school year. I go to a small private school and I had no friends, but there were these siblings- 1 girl and 1 boy - and they had a very argumentative sibling relationship. But sometimes he would just call her fat, even though she wasn’t, and I became insecure even though it wasn’t about me. So in like April I hurt my ear and went to an urgent care and I was weighed, and when I was weighed the doctor said I was, “200 pounds on the dot”. And I then realized I needed to change, then I didn’t really see myself as fat, and genuinely thought I looked good for being 200 lbs but I really didn’t, I looked 200 pounds. So I didn’t do anything strict, I worked out sometimes on and off but really just focused on not eating as much. Not calorie counting though. I did this for 3 months until August for a back to school checkup and I weighed 187 pounds. I was pretty proud of myself and literally in the doctors office decided to download a calorie counting app so I could make even more progress. And that’s what I did until January of 2024. Over the holidays I didn’t calorie because I had reached my goal, my original goal was 170 and I was 165 by December, but I just felt like I could feel even better if I lost more so I changed my goal to 150. But I plateaued for 4 months and kept going back and forth from 162-156. And then I started doing the unhealthy things.
In late April I decided to fix my plateau once and for all, I ate no snacks, all meals in the 300s and walking every day. And I felt really good doing this so I continued, I wasn’t hungry, I was losing weight, and I felt healthy. I managed to reach my 150 pound goal but I didn’t want to stop so I changed my goal to 130, the low end of my bmi range, which is what I used to measure what my goals should be. Slowly it became less than 300 calories per meal, 8k steps a day, and 2 10 minute workouts a day. I did this for 4 months and went from 162 to 123, before I was told by my doctor to stop because I was having low blood pressure, low heart rate and I was over hydrated. My blood pressure was usually around 80/60 and one time my heart rate was 48 and a 65 is considered low for a heart rate. So then came doctors and nutritionists and therapists and stuff.
But that’s how I got mostly here, this was very long so nobody is going to actually read this lol. But goodnight, I swear I’ll remember to do the prompt in the morning like I’m supposed to be doing tomorrow. 👋

Hello guys, I had my final game for this season today. I haven’t practiced for over 2 weeks so I feel like I did good for not doing this in a while. We did lose but I got to play a lot today which I like. This game wasn’t to far away but is was quite crowded and it was very windy and hot. I was struggling to see in the last half of my first match cause my hair fell out and I lost my hair tie, but i stole my mom’s after.
We were there from 12 to 6:30 and got home at 7:30. I walked a bit once I got home but now I’m just chilling. Anyways that’s all, the pics are from when we were leaving and a pic of my bedroom when I got back cause the light coming through the window looked cool
