if you ever draw on your computer/laptop, how do you get the colours to match up with a phone screens colour?

i think i understand this question ? but i dont do anything , just assume it looks fine for all screens and post . i have blue light filters on my phone n laptop but none on my drawing tablet , so i can make little comparisons to see how it looks but i dont modify it based on that haha sorry if i misinterpreted
