MIU MIU A/W 2017

We’ve been so busy over the last few weeks, we haven't even had time to review the latest fashion week shows! Shame on us...

But that doesn’t mean we won’t so here is the first of many to come and of course it has to be Miu Miu; one of our absolute favourite brands.

The collection oozed glamour but as always you don't get a straight forward party dress with Miu Miu. 

Outfits were embellished with silver and gold appliqué, coats were adorned in fur in pretty much every colour of the rainbow and as always there was plenty of prints to boot!

If this is what our winter wardrobes are going to look like then bring it on!

THROWBACK

We taught a one day pattern cutting workshop at JCG at the beginning of the year, here are a few images from the day including the girls wearing their final garments!

If you're interested in learning how to pattern cut your own clothes we will be starting a 10 week course at Highlands College at the beginning of May.

ONE TO WATCH

We don’t know how they’ve done it but Burberry has provided us with the film of our dreams as their new advert. But unfortunately it will never be turned into a full feature ilm.

The Tale of Thomas Burberry tells the story of how Burberry provided garments for some of the most important figures in British history.

Stylish and dramatic, it features Sienna Miller, Lily James, Domhnall Gleeson and Dominic West. I guess we’ll just have to dream.
