I've been looking forward to override the desktop textures for a long time. I replaced textures for all interactions on the computer !except games! because I know that there are already many such overrides, so I wanted my mod to be compatible with these mods.

accelerated gif with fragments of different interactions:

all of the pictures were taken from pinterest, and the funny and lifestyle videos were replaced with the cutest works of art from the youtube channel HolyDuck 🦆

p.s.: sometimes the computer screen can become overexposed and the picture may deteriorate. in this case, you need to go to the settings and play with the graphics settings: make the “lighting” or “edge smoothing” a little worse, then the picture will immediately change for the better (without leaving the game). screen glare can happen even without a mod, so we'll have to live with it...

animation override: book reading while seated at the table

another manifestation of my desire for sim to read in a more comfortable position

I changed all the animations where the sim reads while sitting at the table. however, sudden transitions between animations will sometimes occur as emotion animations play regardless of reading at the table animation.

problem with this override:

unfortunately, override only works for reading at a regular table on a regular chair. reading on bar stools and reading at the kotatsu table will not play correctly. this is very sad, I tried for a long time to figure out how to fix this, but unfortunately nothing worked. if you want you can write what you think about such overrides, which improve animations in one part of the game, but spoil them in another. I'm upset, and I don't know if it's worth doing such overrides further. please download, taking into account the problems of this override.

I have like a billion different aesthetics that I love, irl and I use those aesthetics in game. So whether it’s coquette, pink princess pilates, y2k, grunge, etc. if I like it I will reblog it.

Cute infant skin overlay <3 🍓

So I noticed that a lot of the CC looks rather odd on infants and that’s because a lot of them don’t have any babyfat, and there’s something uncanny (although funny!) about an infant with chiselled cheeks. The same goes for toddlers and children - so I made this. This was intentionally made for infants in mind but also works for toddlers and children too, especially the other swatches as they have just a little less babyfat on them. Now your kids can really look like kids! I also included a little blush that adds a natural redness to the face. ♥
