reyna can’t stop herself from rolling her eyes-- it really never is a day off, and she understands that better than anyone else there. there’s always something, whether it be a god or a new camper or an injury or ....

she doesn’t realize she was holding her breath until she hears his offer, and she lets out something between an exhale and a laugh.    ‘ is that the rule? i don’t remember that in our bylaws anywhere. ‘    she feigns seriousness for a moment before breaking,   ‘ i suppose this place will have to survive a few hours without us. you think they’ll manage? ‘
