After a month-long hiatus, here's Misfits comic #11! Starlight City has itself a mafia, apparently.

This punchline came to me in a dream, and my friend, Alex (who I've been making these comics with together) liked it so much that it became a full comic.

This one was interesting sketch-wise, because panel 3 doesn't exist as a sketch - I could so clearly see it in my mind that I just... went in for the final character drawings. So you're only getting two sketches! You can also see how much the wording changed throughout. I'm also including an alternate panel one with a completely different setup.

Just realized I hadn't yet posted this guy on here, everyone say hello to replica Boober!

I'm really happy with how this build turned out, though I am hoping to one day come back to him and tweak some things for accuracy. Going forward I���ll be balancing out the replicas with more original concept puppets, that way I can practice going through the design process from start to finish. I had a really wonderful time bringing him with me to both dragoncon and the fraggles forever panel at the center for puppetry arts in Atlanta!

Somewhat related to all that, I’d like to note that while I’ll still be posting here every once in a while, I’m shifting my focus towards my instagram, just due to the fact that I’ve really come to love the puppetry community on there.

after learning about the unused font in sesame street sports for the game boy color, i thought it would make sense to put the unused text to good use, so i made some mockups. i kinda wish these were used in the final release...

tcrf only lists one shortcut for Sesame Street: Countdown, but there appear to be 4 more which also require you to jump and crouch in a specific spot you can also jump and crouch near doors in the city and desert levels (and also the craters in the space level) to enter the bonus levels you usually reach by grabbing onto the ? balloons
