#triviaoftheday = how many spoons of #sugar / #gmo / #frankenfood / #artificialsweetener / #basicallycrap does it take to get #diabetes / #obesity and amongst other life-altering/ending illnesses? I used to be such a fan of #starbucks because their barista promised that their #greentealatte was made with pure matcha and even with their #organic #soymilk that there would be no sugar. But everytime I would drink it even with less matcha, nonfat/soy and diluted halfway with water I felt like I was consuming about a cup of sugar water. Truth is: the matcha that they use is laced with tons of sugar and so is their soymilk. I used to feel a huge buzz everytime I would finish a cup and I would think that it was the #matcha but truth is pure matcha won't give you that unstable high. As much as I love to have my tea made for me I cannot stand not being able to be choosy about what goes into my cup. I don't want any gross syrups or animal secretions I like it #vegan and my new favorite matcha is #dogreenteamatcha and honestly if you started eating or drinking pure foods without a ton of salt or sugar, you will be surprised at how good it is! The milk I use is organic hemp and flax milk. Not only am I preserving my health, but my wallet is thanking me. Have an awesome day!
