the more I look into and think about juno and peter in penumbra season 3 the more it pisses me off

On a relisten of penumbra and good god how did i not punch a wall on my first listen. Like this shit is pissing me the fuck off. I'm in the middle of season 3 and oh my lord im going to kill them.

This is really on my mind because in writing a fic if the convo that happened after MIG part two ended and the "events" thats happened after that convo (its smut im just writing hurt/comfort smut)

But back to what i was saying.

To get this straight they kiss, have tension for a season, fuck, Juno leaves. Don't see each other for all of season 2. Reunite in season 3. Have a loving hatred for each other in the first episode, fuck IN THE SECOND EPISODE, become a thing again and continue fucking but not putting a label on it. Everyone knows like immediately. But like its put down so weirdly it makes me angry.

for one peter just hops back in bed with the man who left him is season one. Also are we going to talk about how unclear it was that they were a thing again. Like it was barely even noticeable from Peter's dialouge that they fucked. Maybe im just bad at noticing dialouge but still.

Like i get that this is the man that peter gave his name to and sacrificed his career for but like the emotions and tangled emotions got unraveled a bit to soon.

And I mean despite how much I love penumbra I feel like jupeter wasn't communicated that well in season 3. Like maybe in just autistic but its just not communicated well.

also I feel like the relationship just didn't have enough development in season 3 like it went to fast and they expected us to know everything that happened off screen like. One episode they despise eachother in a pining type way. One episode they apparently fuck. The next one they are flirting and apparently a thing again. Then a few episodes later we learn they apparently fuck a lot. Then another like 2 episodes later they share a room now and call each other pet names like?

they dont show it. They just badly tell it. And i mean unclearly tell it.

And nothing is ever explained. Like peter forgive him, BUT WHY? Peter stopped feeling upset, BUT WHY? Peter and juno got back together very quickly BUT WHY?

Where did this great love come from? How did the spark reunite?

Like I mean things can happen of screen and i think that this would be fine if they weren't *inhales air*THE MAIN FUCKING RELATIONSHIP! YES THE MAIN RELATIONSHIP THE MAIN CHARACTERS. Season 3s resolution is about time for gods sake and we dont get ANY development on screen execpt for THE FIRST EPISODE.

IT BREAKS THE MAIN RULES OF WRITING!?!?!

Listen I love penumbra with my heart mind and soul (chonny jash reference) but juno and owter relationship could be written so much better. Like its the main relationship and you barely even show it?

Like I said like 5 seconds ago this is not hate for penumbra it is my all time favorite podcast I've been to cons dressed as the characters and drawn so much fanart of it. Its amazing. But I just wish they spent more time on juno and peter, I mean they are literally the main couple.

They just make us the listeners fill in a unrealistic amount of dots.

I dont know how I tolerated this on my first listen.

I mean I know what will happen for the rest of the show because again this is a relisten but they way everything is put down makes me want to go homicidal.

Sorry for ranting I just needed to get this off my chest. I'm going back to what I was doing before this, which was writing smut. I'll drop the link if I finish it and if I dont drop it just assume I gave up on the fic.

Not a lot of people seem to point out that deltarune is fucking horrifying if you think about it.

How about you stop making fun of fucking children and take responsibility on raising them to be good adult. People need to admit that it's their fault the kids are like this because you fucking raised them. It's not a 8 year olds fault they watch YouTube all day, it's the parents fault for giving children screens to raise them instead of actually being a parent and teaching them life skills. While we're at it let's also admit the fact that we should stop treating children like they're dumb and slow, because they're devolping, shaping minds that will be impressioned by how they're treated. Let's just in general stop treating people younger than you like shit and actually step up and be the better person.
