Hi Shukky,
The blog you posted is very interesting. You mentioned about the body camera and that it will become so popular that everyone will carry body cameras by 2030. I really like it. I cannot wait to see that. It will prevent crime. It predicts that live-streaming could improve the safety of the public and first responders, especially during emergencies. It looks like crime will decrease. I believe personal interaction will decrease too because everything will be in the camera. It does not need a person to explain what happened. As you mention, you might see body camera everywhere by 2030. You are right in that it will become a useful tool. I also hope for privacy too. Below is a link to how this body camera works.

Hi Shukky,
You are right. It used to be only recorded video in the past now, but now live streaming is everywhere. I cannot imagine how live streaming and social media will change by 2030. I found one link that shows some details about how social media will change by 2030.

Hi Neena,
I agree with you that the cost of living will increase by 2030. As a result, social interaction will decrease because people will become very busy. Online dating will increase. People will increasingly date online as this website shows. Social interaction in the real world will decrease. Thank you, Neena. I really like your post.

Future of Dating
Hi all! Thanks for reading our blog. Just wanted to post a quick reminder that if you are just signing into our page, please make sure to start at the bottom to keep up and get a full understanding of our discussions here!
This article I found on EHarmony actually ends in discussing the future of dating in 2050.
One in eight people aged from 18 years to 30 years old have found their most recent dating partner online. It is said that online dating will almost become second nature to those 30 and above when it comes to finding a partner (EHarmony, 2017). However, it is noted that younger generations are starting to get into relationships at later ages because they are looking for educational and career advancement. More and more individuals in the younger generations are living at home with their parents to remain more financially stable. Financial stability is becoming very important to individuals where it holds more importance than dating (EHarmony, 2017).
Individuals are becoming more cautious when it comes to finding love before they are financially stable. This need will grow even more by 2030 as the costs of living will continue to increase (EHarmony, 2017). Personal interaction will be greatly limited as well because people are so focused on getting their lives in order. Those who are waiting longer to get into relationships will gravitate towards online dating over waiting to meet someone in person as the results can be quicker online. This in turn will limit personal interactions even more.
E Harmony suggests that the future of online dating can also lead to the use of virtual reality (VR). Individuals will be able to “see” the person they are potentially dating via a VR persona that will be lifelike (2017). If and when this becomes a prominent part of dating online and social media, personal interactions could become even more minimal and possibly even non-existant.

Hi Shukky,
You have written a very interesting topic about live streaming and social media by 2030. As you mentioned, student-teacher online interaction through social media will increase substantially by 2030 by way of chatting through social media. It will increase social interaction off course. Teachers will know the students better because of one-on-one time. Moreover, I found a website that points all the benefits of social media by 2030. For example, it encourages students to think about the lesson outside the class. It increases participation and challenges them to do well.

Hi Shukky,
Great post about sports and live streaming. As you mention nowadays people can watch their favourite game in social media. They can easily catch up. As you mention social media will have more apps by 2030 that will help each individual that needs to watch their favourite sport through social media. In the following website it shows a lot of benefits of social media by 2030. People will follow sports and practice to have healthy life. As a result, it will increase their social interaction. Thank you, Shukky. You write very beneficial information in your posts.

Relationships as a result of online dating
Just a quick reminder to anyone who is just seeing this page. I recommend that you scroll down to the bottom of the page to get a proper understanding of what I’m talking about.
Zachary Brown created a post on Quora in February 2016 regarding why someone should use a dating website instead of meeting people in person. He is using reference to using dating websites insead of meeting people online. Instead of meeting people in a bar or a coffee shop by themselves, people introduce themselves through a bio or a profile on a dating website (Brown, 2018).
Dating websites can make interactions unauthentic as well though. It gives people topics or suggestions on what to talk about. It helps them have “deeper” conversations as Brown mentions (2018). This can become a little bit unauthentic in a way because if you are having a conversation based on what the application or dating website is telling you to say. Instead of having a conversation based off what flows in one’s mind.
Dating websites also help match people with link interests. You are going to match with someone who has some similarities to yourself and what you have posted on your profile or preferences (Brown, 2018). It is very unlikely for you to be matched with someone who has absolutely no similarities to you.
With the growth of online dating, individuals are no longer required to meet at a gym, bar, someone else’s wedding (Brown, 2018). The need to initially meet someone in person has just started to get less important. While it has its perks, online dating also has its disadvantages!

Hello Nasima,
it’s amazing to see how much social media has taken over our lives, it's everywhere and we use it every day. it’s shocking to see that in 2030 social media will be the main platform for shopping. I found a link that talks about, “ 6 ways retail technology is changing the future of online shopping. Within the article, it discusses the use of smartphones, behavioral analytics and pricing strategies and how they will use social media to reach their buyers. Here is the link below.

How Social Media Influences Shopping Behaviour
By 2030 more consumers from all over the world will turn to social networking and social media for shopping. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) worldwide survey of digital buyers, 45% of respondents said that their digital shopping behaviour was influenced by reading reviews, comments and feedback on social media. They stay on top of fashion trends through social media. Moreover, purchasing products online directly from social media will also increases.

The Future of Shopping in 2030
Online shopping portals are growing each day. By 2030 online shopping will not only be much more advanced but it will also be very user friendly. By 2030 delivery time will become few hours. Right now we get more concerned if the clothes will fit or not. But by 2030 online shopping will become very easy because by using social media we will be able to pick a dress by uploading a picture or simply stand in front of a camera and the social media app will do the work. It will show in 3D view which clothes will fit. Moreover, online shopping guide will become very convincing for the customer through social networking. According to Ankita Singhal’s predictions in her article, social networking and social media tools will bring the brick and mortar personalized shopping experience to the virtual world. The seller will discuss the customer’s needs through social networking (video chatting). The customer will decide what they like and what they feel comfortable with.

Hello Neena,
It’s shocking that online dating can lead us to use virtual reality, that would leave us with no personal interaction which could lead to future generations being isolated and stuck on their gadgets. I think online dating has its positive and negatives because for one, you can meet your soulmate online but the drawback is what it’s doing to our society and the impact it could leave on future generations. Hopefully, they have guidelines in place and still keep up personal interaction.

Hello Neena,
Great post on online dating, the world we live in its becoming harder to meet people on a daily basis as everyone is so busy with their own issues. Online dating helps, I’ve used a couple sites before and found them actually very good. The conversation flowed easily as there wasn’t any face to face and when I did finally meet up with the person I found it easier to talk with them. I believe online dating is the future and will help many people find love because online you can branch of your searches and find other locals you probably wouldn't have seen if you did join the online dating site. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for online dating.

Hey Nasima,
I read the article on Entrepreneur and found it very interesting, it’s shocking to see how fast our society is moving and how social media is becoming a bigger platform for daily living. I'm happy that business will be easier to launch as I am hoping to open a store one day and knowing that social media can help boost sales is a huge plus for me.
