Nani is always caring for the children 💝 when we lived with her on the land in Mt. Shasta we had the opportunity to volunteer at Peace Village tending to the little ones in her creation, The Kids Village. She had a tipi installed just for the children next to a little stream and tons of blackberries! We filled the tipi with materials made from natural fibers only. No plastic or synthetic blankets or toys. We did crafts with the children from objects in nature like feathers, flowers, and sticks. We made wands, dream catchers, flower crowns and feather sticks. Then we all dressed up and put on a parade around the festival 🥁this amazing community in Southern Oregon is doing a phenomenal job supporting this lady raise funds for cancer rehabilitation.
