⭐️ CALMING DOWN WHILE TINY ⭐️

sometimes when you're small, big feelings can still bubble up and overwhelm you, and that's okay!! if you've cried for a long time or felt nervous and scared, or were really angry, here's some ideas to calm down again <3

♡ gently wash your face with a washcloth - (luke)warm water if you've cried, cool water if you're anxious/angry

♡ drink at least a cup of water - if you don't like water, juice works too!! but maybe don't drink soda / energy drinks

♡ if there's an object connected to your bad feelings (including your phone), take it to another room

♡ take ten big breaths. i know it feels silly, but it helps!!

♡ give yourself a hug - if you feel like you can't, hug a stuffie or a pillow

♡ distract yourself: play something you like, listen to an audio book, draw...

♡ eat a snack

♡ remember that you're loved and that those feelings are okay. they do not make you less.

Werewolf Caregiver

They make blanket forts with you that they pretend are a den. As a human, they give you piggyback and shoulder rides, and they'll let you sit on their back during walks in wolf form. They encourage getting dirty and will run around in the rain and mud with you. Full moon nights involve a lot of high intensity playing. They love to play chase, and they'll swoop you up for a hug when they catch you. At night, they like to take you on walks to see the stars and moon.

Vampire Caregiver

You take naps in coffins together and drink fruit punch out of fancy glasses. They'll tell exaggerated stories about their adventures throughout history and let you play dress up in the old clothes they've saved. They get really bad sunburn if they go out during the day without being fully covered, so sometimes they panic if you go outside before they can slather you in sunscreen.

Reaper Caregiver

They have an incorporeal form that they'll shift into to let you hide in their cloak. They'll wrap one side of their cloak around you to draw you closer, and they insist that you hold onto it or their hand when they take you to unfamiliar places. They're very protective and will scare off anything that frightens you. They always keep a lantern on them in case you get scared of the dark.

Dean Winchester age regressor Headcannons !

⭐️ - Dean regresses involuntarily, he regresses due to high levels of stress and his trauma.

⭐️ - He regresses to 4-6 usually, and 1-2 when he feels more comfortable.

⭐️ - He’s only really open about it with Castiel, him being Dean’s main caregiver along with Bobby when he’s needed.

⭐️ - Sam has walked in on Dean when he’s regressed, and Cas explained what Dean’s regression was. After that Dean was embarrassed but started to slowly regress around Sam.

⭐️ - CONSTANTLY chewing on things - either a paci or his fingers.

⭐️ - Has lots of car themed regression items. Probably would have a race car bed if he wasn’t so embarrassed.

⭐️ - He is extremely messy to the point Cas has to give him multiple baths a day.

⭐️ - He loves to play cowboys with Bobby and Cas, although Castiel doesn’t really understand how to play.

⭐️ - He plays outside a lot with Cas and Bobby. Cas always gets worried Dean will run off and Bobby has to remind Dean to stay close by.

⭐️ - He has a special dog stuffed animal that he takes everywhere.

⭐️ - Dean is constantly getting hurt in and out of regression, but when he’s regressed he decides to wear bandaids instead of having Cas heal him, he says it makes him look tough.

imagine coming home from being gone all day, missing your baby! you got pictures of them through the day- snacks they made themself- voice messages saying "i love you cg!" & "im watching my fav shows!" 📺 💞📲

and when you walk in your baby is playing on their ipad, toys all over the floor, snacks in their lap, and they're wearing the cutest little outfit you bought them. 🧦🪁🍪

you pull aside their headphones and say "im home!" and they jump into a hug at you sending the snacks and ipad flying because theyre so excited you're back. 🧑🏻‍🍼💓🎧

they quickly show you the game they're playing and tell you all the cool stuff they've accomplished while you were out! 🎮🫧🛝

you help them clean up their little room and your baby keeps getting out another toy every so often, 'forgetting' its supposed to be clean up time... 🧺🚂🤍

imagine your caregiver helping you pick up your little room when they come home - you've been little all day while they were gone, making messes and playing! 🍼🌪️🐾

they pick up your stuffies, making sure to say hello to each, "hi mr. bear" and "in the toy bin you go, horsie." before putting them away gently. 🧸🧩🐴

after your toys are cleaned up, you look at your play-table and theres already a juice, chips, and on your character plate with matching cutlery is your favorite food your caregiver makes you, cut into adorable shapes! 🥤🍴🥣

once you're done eating, your cg tucks you into bed while you babble softly and yawn, tomorrow your cg has the whole day off, and you'll be going anywhere you want!!! build a bear? the park? the possibilities are endless ✨🛍️🎢
