MaDD Challenge!
Challenge yourself to do ten minutes of stretching.
Not only is stretching good for your flexibility and mobility, it’s also a great way to do some gentle exercise. Bonus points if you do your stretching outside in the fresh air!
Don’t worry if you can’t keep from daydreaming for the ten minutes, but if you can, that’s amazing! Try putting on a podcast or radio station to keep your mind off daydreams.
