芦 That night was restless, but short. I could feel their breath in the air as they searched for me. I could only figure out it was day when I stopped hearing footsteps.

芦 It turned dark quickly. Far quicker than I was able to prepare for.
Something, or someone, had got the jump on me. I didn't turn around to find out. Though I escaped with only a scratch, I can still hear the gurgling in my ears.
For now, I hid in a small hole I found on an island. Covering myself with dirt, leaves and twigs. Not the greatest shelter, but it's hard to think right when the gurgling started coming from more than one source. 禄

芦 I don't remember waking up,
I only remember the dull throb and the pain behind my eyes flaring as I looked to the stars.
I've found myself in this strange forest, with strange hills encompassing a small lake.
I have to find my way back home. 禄
