Every day I eat 500 calories och get my 10k steps in I feel like the best woman alive! It feels so good eating that little.

Tomorrow i'm starting with eating 600 calories max for couple weeks then I can eat 1200 max the days my body NEEDS it, get 15k steps in and drink 4L water each day! Lets goooo ⭐️
Goal weight: 55kg by december 1st.
A list of everything I have to do when I feel like eating: (takes about 2 hours)
•Chug 1L of ice cold water
•Eat a whole cucumber
•Eat icecubes
•Go buy 3 different zero cal drinks and drink all of them
•Brush teeth & use mouthwash
•Listen to podcasts and get steps in
•Go for a drive to distract yourself
•Put on music & clean the house
•Hang out with the kittens
•Check YT videos of girls you want to be like
•Drink tea with zero cal sweetner
•Do a full face of makeup
•Stand in the shower with ice cold water
•Watch Nickavocado's mukbangs so you'll be disgusted by fat people
