04/06/2025 is the date that I was told by my psychiatrist that I have schizophrenia.
I knew what the diagnosis would be, but hearing it from a professional just hits differently. I'm not sure how I should feel about it. I'm not sure what to do about it. I know I'm not gonna get "better" and it scares me, this isn't going away, I'm stuck like this for the rest of my life.
