Summary: Luigi has been down in the dumps lately and you find the perfect way to cheer him up.

Notes: Carina means cute, in a feminine context, in Italian, and I figured that would be perfect for this scenario. The front door softly opened and then shut, indicating that your significant other was home from work.

"Hey Lui! How was today?" You called from the laundry room.

"Meh." Luigi mumbled as he walked upstairs to y'alls room.

You sighed to yourself hearing that. This was the third day in a row that Luigi was bummed out. You weren't sure why he was being this way, and when you ask what's wrong, he just says: "Don't worry about me. I'm alright." But you knew that was a damn lie. You quickly finished the laundry that you were doing and headed upstairs to the bedroom where Luigi was at.

You nod in response, but you still couldn't help but worry for Luigi. You needed a way to figure out how to lighten his mood, and you had an idea of how to do that.

"We have three available for adoption. It just depends on which one suits your need the best." The shelter worker lady informed you.

You gazed through the three glass shelters the cats were in. One cat was white, one was black, and then there was an orange tabby cat with white stripes all over his body with green eyes. Your eyes met with the orange cats. The orange cat stared right back into your eyes, and you couldn't help but feel drawn to the cat.

"Do you think you could tell me more about this orange one?" You ask the worker.

"Ah yes, she just arrived today, so we don't have a name for her yet, but she loves loves cuddles and to be loved on. She loves food and loves to play with her ball of yarn and gets attached to her person." The worker informed you.

This cat was a perfect match for Luigi. You just knew it. You had a gut feeling you were correct.

"I'll take her. She is perfect." You told the worker.

"Awesome. I'll fetch her crate for ya." The worker said as she walked off.

You pressed your hand up against the glass, and the cat pressed her paw against the glass where your hand was at. You giggled in an excited way. It was as if the cat knew she was gonna go to the perfect home.

It was a waiting game at this point. You had the cat in your lap with a little green bow tie on it, both of you waiting for Luigi to get home.

"He is going to love you." You spoke to the cat.

The cat rubbed her chin up against yours, and you chuckled in response. You still didn't really have a name for her, but you wanted Luigi to make that choice. It was his cat, after all. Suddenly, you heard the sound of his car engine pull up and park in front of the house. Your heart started racing rapidly. You couldn't wait till your wonderful significant other walked through the door and see your surprise you had for him.

"Relax (Y/N)." You told yourself.

You felt as if your heart was gonna burst out of your chest. You couldn't wait. You almost told Luigi the surprise as soon as you got the cat, but you figured it was best to wait till he got home. Luigi walked up to the front door, turned the door knob and opened the front door.

"Hey, Lui." You greet him with excitement.

You could tell by his gaze that he was tired. Extremely. He was so tired that all he noticed was you.

"Hey, (Y/N)." Luigi greets you as he tiredly walked to the couch.

"Are you okay?" You ask as you sat next to him, with the cat in your lap still.

"Y-Yeah, just-" Luigi was interrupted by the cat rubbing on him and crawling into his lap.

"Um..whose cat is this?" Luigi asks.

You leaned in close to him, placing a peck on his cheek.

"She's yours, Lui."

Luigi's eyes went wide in shock as he gazed at the orange tabby cat.

"R-Really?" Luigi asks in suprisement.

"Surprise!!" You exclaimed as you hugged the side of him.

Luigi chuckled as he started petting his cat. The cat would rub against his hand motions and even rub her up against his chin, as if she had already claimed Luigi as her owner.

"I just noticed you've been down lately and figured maybe having an animal companion might help." You inform him.

Luigi looked at you, his deep blue eyes staring into your (E/C) eyes. He felt so lucky to have you. You cared for him so much and wanted the best for him.

"Thank you." Luigi says as he kisses you.

You kissed back until he pulled away and turned his attention back to his cat.

"Carina. I think that's a perfect name for this one." Luigi comments.

"Yes. I agree." You agreed as you lean in close to Luigi, leaning your head onto his shoulder.

You had a feeling that living your life with Luigi and now Carina was gonna be the best years of your life. You just knew it.

Hi, Rylee! First of I want you to know that you are one of my favorite writers on here. It's so hard finding Luigi fanfiction anywhere and your stories are the best and I read them nonstop. I know you said you have a bunch of requests you're currently working with, but I had to tell this idea to someone. What do you think of a story idea where the brothers are invited to their high school reunion, and Luigi is hesitant to go because he wasn't as popular as Mario and along the lines of that. But the reader encourages him to go giving him encouraging words and being his girlfriend/fiance(doesn't matter) she's his +1, and basically stunts on the whole high school reunion being a power couple. (I personally believe Luigi deserves that spotlight, he's such a cutie and deserves the world)

This idea has been living in my head for about a month, but I honestly feel like you can bring it to life better.

The Golden Reunion

Luigi x Fem! Reader

Summary: After Luigi and Mario are invited to their high-school reunion, Luigi is hesitant to go but you, his fiance, go with him as his plus one and make sure he has fun and is comfortable.

Notes: Brief mentions of past bullying and depression and slight panic attack but that's it. This takes place this year so Mario and Luigi would be in the class of 2012. Hope you enjoy!

"Dear Luigi,

You are invited to the Class of 2012 Brooklyn High School reunion! Dinner is at five pm at the cafeteria and the party starts at six pm in the school gym if you don't want to attend both. We hope to see you there! Plus ones are welcomed!

Sincerely,

Don, Class of 2012 President."

You red the letter to Luigi and watched as his face shrank into panic and fear. All of the high school memories were flooding back to him and Luigi hated it. Luigi started to grip his knees and start breathing heavy.

"Hey, hey, Lui. It's okay, I am right here." You reassure him, holding him.

"I'm okay, I'm okay, I promise." Luigi told you, breathlessly.

You placed a soft kiss on his temple and held his hand. Luigi never really had very triggering panic attacks before or had anything that set him off, but the one thing that did was his high school years. You and Luigi got together in y'alls sophomore year of high school, but before that you were close friends with him and his older brother Mario. Throughout high school, Luigi was often tormented and bullied relentlessly. He was the 'nerd' of the class even though all that meant was he cared about his studies and wanted to excel in case he went to college. Mario was the popular kid and was in basketball and was a popular jock. Even though Mario defended Luigi from the bullies, he wasn't always there due to the sports he was in. You were there for Luigi but the bullies were too much for Luigi and it caused Luigi to spiral into a deep depression to were he was hurting himself and even had suicidal thoughts. Luckily you noticed, told Mario, and got Luigi the help he needed. Mario quit sports to be with his brother more and the bullies thankfully stopped during y'alls senior year. And even though it has been years since it all happened, it still makes Luigi anxious at the thought of even the school.

"It says plus ones are welcomed. I can go with you." You suggest.

"I-I don't know, (Y/N)." Luigi muttered.

"Well is Mario going?" You ask.

"More than likely."

"Hmm." You hummed in response.

Luigi was calming down, but you could tell he was unsure. Suddenly, Luigi's phone started ringing, and it was Mario. You walked off to give Luigi some privacy as you started to think back on y'alls high school years. Don, Isiah, and Shawn. Those bastards. Those are the three that made Luigi's high school hell. Just thinking about their faces angered you into oblivion. You then heard Luigi get off the phone with Mario, which washed the anger away.

"Honey?" Luigi calls you.

You arrived back into the living room from the hallway and approached Luigi. It was the end of the day, and Luigi was already in a white t shirt with green and white striped lounge shorts with white socks. You sat sideways on his lap as you ran your fingers through his brown, short hair.

"You need a shower." You comment, making Luigi chuckle.

"Mario is going. And he is bringing Peach." Luigi told you.

"Okay. So what does that mean?" You ask, leaning close into Luigi.

Luigi held you close as he leaned back onto the couch. Both of you were in comfortable silence with each other until Luigi finally spoke up.

"I want you to go with me."

"You do? You want me to come to your high school reunion?" You ask, looking at Luigi.

Luigi held your cheeks, gazing at your beauty.

"Yes. I do."

You smiled at your fiance, happy that he wanted you to come.

"Well, you bet your ass that I will go with you." You said, placing a peck on Luigi's lips.

"Oh boy, there it is." Mario announces as you both pulled into the parking lot of the high school.

You immediately held Luigi's hand as you could see his face change.

"I'm right here." You whisper to him.

"I know."

Luigi squeezed your hand in comfort, and he let go, knowing you wouldn't let anything bad happen to him. The four of y'all stepped out of the van and gazed at the high school. Of course, Peach was asking a million questions about y'alls school and what it was like and such since she had never experienced that sort of thing before. You couldn't help but feel that she was lucky she didn't have to experience the bullshit that y'all went through years ago. You all agreed to skip the dinner and just eat somewhere else afterward. The less time y'all are there, the less likely that Luigi is to get uncomfortable and panicky. You held Luigi's hand tightly as you all entered the school and found y'alls way to the school gym, where the party was being held at.

"God I don't miss this place." You mumble, looking through the hallways, seeing all of the old lockers, framed pictures and such on the walls.

"Hey, hey now. There's one good thing that came from all this." Mario announces, staring at his little brother.

'Y-Yeah. Yeah, you're right." Luigi agrees, gazing at you with a pink hue on his face.

"Met the love of me life." You joked with Luigi, tickling his sides, making Mario and Peach laugh.

The four of you eventually found the school gym and entered inside, only to be greeted by loud music, spinning lights, and loud uproar and chatter. You could feel Luigi clench your hand out of anxiety. You squeezed back to let him know, again, that you were there for him. Mario and Peach had walked off to Mario's old football team.

"Let's go get something to drink." You suggest.

Luigi nodded in response as you both made your way to the where the snack and drink table was at. You immediately got some fruit punch for your fiance, and he gulped it down. Luigi was about to get some more when someone approached y'all.

"Luigi?! Is that you?!"

Dan. Fucking Dan.

"Y-Yeah. That's me!" Luigi answered, trying to be optimistic.

Dan then turned to you and then back to Luigi.

"And you're still with (Y/N) after all of these years, aye?" Dan asked Luigi.

Luigi awkwardly chuckled while your blood boiled. It was a condescending, backhanded comment and you hated it. You hated him. But you knew exactly what to do. You wrapped your arm around Luigi and held him close, looking right into Dan.

"Yep! We are engaged and our wedding is in a couple of months over in Ireland. We love each other very much and Luigi is a great husband." You confidently and sassily told Dan.

Half of that was a lie. You both haven't even planned where y'all had planned to go for y'alls honeymoon but it was what you pulled out of your ass in that moment.

"Ah well congratulations to you both. Seems like you have grown up, Luigi." Dan condescendingly said.

Luigi's words were caught up in his throat but luckily you knew exactly what to say.

"Luigi never had to grow up." You snared your eyes at Dan as you say that, "He has always been the kind, sweet and funny man he was ever since we got together years ago. You should get to know him sometime without picking on him. Maybe you'll actually realize he is better than most of the peers that are here tonight."

You could feel Luigi's eyes on you, but you didn't care. You would stand up for your man in any given moment. Dan nodded in response and you could tell he was annoyed but his words were also caught in his throat too.

"Well, enjoy the night you two." Dan says with a forced smile and walks away.

Luigi immediately wrapped his whole entire body around you, bringing you into a big bear hug. You hugged back, of course.

"Thank you. Just, thank you, (Y/N)." Luigi thanked you as he held you tighter.

"Of course, Lui. I will always be there for you. I love you." You said as you sneaked him a kiss on his cheek.

"Come, let's find Mario and Peach." You suggest and Luigi nods in agreement.

The two of you eventually found Mario and Peach and stuck with them for the rest of the night. Oddly enough, a lot of y'alls classmates were coming up and saying hi to Luigi and starting up conversation with him. You weren't sure if it was cause you stood up to Dan or what but Luigi was happy, and if he is happy then you are happy. You showed Luigi off to anyone that asked of you both and it made Luigi be on cloud nine. He has never been shown off or even been praised like this before in his life so while he was shocked about it, he enjoyed it. A dance circle had formed on the dance floor and you and Luigi busted some moves together, causing the crowd to go wild. You both were known as the 'Boogie Couple' for the rest of the night. It was nearing midnight when the reunion was coming to a close and the four of y'all were back in the van, on the way back to Mario and Peach's place first. Mario and Peach were asleep in the back seat together while Luigi was driving and you were wide awake in the passenger seat.

"You know," Luigi started, turning your attention to him, "Colorado would be really nice to go and see for our honeymoon."

You smiled in response, thinking back to the comment you made earlier in the night.

"Thank you for tonight. It really did make me feel better about myself. And I think I will be able to cope with it better from now on." Luigi told you.

You felt relieved as Luigi told you this.

"I'm glad it did, Lui. I love you."

Luigi grabbed your hand and left a tender, soft kiss on your hand.

"I love you too, (Y/N)."

Luigi x Spiderwoman!Reader

Summary: You are Spiderwoman, and after saving the city one day, you walk home to find a short Italian man nearly getting robbed and you step in to help him.

Notes: I hope I did well on this one! I'm not familiar with Marvel at all, so I hope you enjoy it! There are no warnings for this one 😊

"Your usual, (L/N)?" The barista, Cadence, asked you.

"Yes, ma'am." You answer, pulling your wallet out.

"Oh, it's on the house today." Cadence stopped you.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, ma'am. For what you did for us yesterday, you deserve it." Cadence recalled yesterday events.

Yesterday, the beloved coffee shop of Brooklyn city was being robbed by a group of goons and luckily you, Spiderwoman, was able to save the day and take down the goons without anyone getting hurt, besides the goons.

"Oh really, it's no big deal. It's what I do." You comment, making Cadence smile at you.

Cadence finished making your drink and handed it to you. You then grabbed out a twenty dollar bill and handed it to Cadence.

"Take it, please. For your kindness." You reassured her.

"Thank you, Ms. (L/N). Enjoy your day." Cadence, thanks you as she took the tip from you.

"You too, Cadence." You say as you exit the store with your drink.

It has been a chill day so far here in Brooklyn City, and while you loved saving people and keeping peace in the city, you enjoyed a day where you didn't have to do much. You enjoyed being Spiderwoman, but it exhausted you as well. You felt as though it was hard to be a normal person since everyone knows your identity and what you look like, and people like to approach you all the time. Fans were nice and respectful most of the time, but it was the paparazzi and the news reporters that drove you nuts. But you had to go with the flow cause if you said the wrong thing, then they could twist it, and everyone would hate you, and you didn't want that. Not at all. You had just finished your drink and were tossing it in a nearby trashcan, thinking about what to do next.

"S-Stop!! Leave me alone! Help!" A voice cried out from a distance.

It sounded like it came from a young male, and thanks to your super hearing, you were able to pinpoint exactly where the voice was coming from. You quickly ran to where the voice was at and came across an alleyway. Down the ways was a group of thugs, picking up and throwing down a young, short male. What on Earth were they doing that poor young male?

"Give us all you got!" One thug yelled at him.

The young male wore green and sported a thick mustache.

"I-I already gave you everything I got! Just leave me alone, p-please." The young male pleaded.

The young male was terrified and practically trying to get away, but the thugs weren't having it. One of the thugs grabbed the young male by his overalls and held him up.

"Do we have to strip you down to prove it?" The thug threatened.

The young male's eyes went wide in fear. You could sense that he was, in fact being honest, but the thugs were just wanting to cause more harm for the hell of it. You couldn't stand to see this anymore.

"Hey!! Leave him the hell alone!" You scream out.

Three of the thugs looked at you in fear, realizing who you were, but the main thug who was holding the young male wasn't fazed by you.

"Heh, oh, look, it's Spider-Bitch!" The main thug laughed at you.

"Why don't we do this the easy way, and you just let that young gentleman go?" You announce, approaching them close.

The young male's eyes were locked on you. He was nonverbally begging you to save him. You gave him a reassuring look, trying to ease his worries.

"Why should I?" The thug taunted you.

You quickly shot a web at the thug which wrapped around his wrist, and you yanked the web down harshly, causing the thug to drop the young man but get beaten down to the ground. The young male immediately scooted far away from the scene and cowered in fest.

"You..you bitch!" The thug yelled as he was struggling to get up.

"Come on, man, let's go!" One of the scared thugs pleaded to him.

"NAH!! She thinks she can do that and be let go? I don't think so!!" The thug screams at you.

He was pissed off, but you didn't care.

"No, I just don't like it when people pick on others for no reason." You scowled.

The thug tried to throw a punch at you, but you caught it with your hand. Before he could even react, you headbutted him hard on his forehead. It hurt him, but it didn't even make you wince.

"Sh-Shit." The thug groaned in pain.

But he struggled to get to his feet as he tried to approach you, but you just shot a web at his leg, yanked on it, which caused him to fall face first onto the ground. The thug groaned in pain as the other three cowared in fear.

"Get him, get lost, and I won't throw y'all in jail."

The three thugs immediately grabbed the hurt thug that was on the ground and struggled to run away. You kept your eyes on the thugs until they were gone from sight. Thank God.

"Th-Thank you." A quivering voice spoke out.

You turned to find the young male on the ground, holding his legs to his chest, with his eyes gleaming up at you.

"You don't need to thank me, I promise. It's just what I do." You reassured the young male, squatting to get to his level.

The young male looked up at you fully. He was quite handsome, you thought. His big blue eyes, a mustache, and brown shaggy hair underneath the green hat he was wearing.

"Did they hurt you?" You ask to reassure him.

The young man pulled up his sleeve, and there was a nasty scab on his arm.

"Oh, here. Let me help you." You say as you take your glove off.

The young male was concerned, but he knew who you were. You were Spiderwoman, and he trusted you. You wrapped your hand around the scab, and you could feel your healing powers get onto his skin. The young male winced a little but he kept still.

"I'm sorry." You apologize.

"N-No, it's okay. You're helping." The young male reassured you.

As quick as it started, it was over. You released your hand and there was no scab there. Just smooth and clean skin.

"Oh wow. Thank you, Spiderwoman." He thanked you.

"Oh please. Just call me (Y/N). I insist." You sat.

You help the young male to his feet, and he is just barely taller than you.

"Oh, what's your name?" You ask.

The young male's face flushed pink a little but you didn't comment on it to avoid embarrassing him.

"Uh, Luigi." He answers.

"Aw, I like that name, Luigi." You say, and Luigi blushed some more.

"Want me to walk you to your place?" You offer, noticing it was getting dark out.

"Y-Yeah. I would love that, thank you, (Y/N)." Luigi thanks you.

"No problem, Luigi."

The two of you left the alleyway and started the walk to Luigi's place. As you both walked, you two started chatting it up and getting to know each other. Not only was he handsome but he was also super polite, kind and funny. He thought the same of you of course. You both were sadden when y'all both eventually arrived at Luigi's place but you asked for Luigi's number and to keep it a secret. Luigi had sworn to secrecy as you gave him your number. As you were leaving, you couldn't help but think of the friendship and possible relationship that was going to unfold with Luigi in the near future.
