your drummer makes everything about how popular it would be and not what would be best for us as a band thats not good enough to become popular (ex. bassist becomes singer while doing band)

pros of being in a band:

Fun!

Hang out with friends!

Cons:

your drummer can only think about the future and every conversation is like "we need to spend 2000 dollars on mics for the drums that already are too loud"

your drummer cant stop complaining about your equipment and saying you need to buy more expensive equipment

your drummer refuse to accept your sensory issues with in ear headphones

your drummer refuses to play anything not punkmetal/heavy (most of the rest of us only listen to punk of those three, except drummer only likes CLASSIC punk which is like. ok. theres so much ur missing out on)

your drummer barely respecting your bassist's pronouns/name (always deadnaming and he/him-ing her)

your drummer lowk hating half the band anyways

I feel like Lukey is mature enough and well-informed about internet culture to come onto this site and see everything we do and speak of it in positive light.

Like so many of the people I follow on here + more that I don't, but see- all of you are so talented. I get this is a safe space for the more mature audience (I have yet to see genuine discourse here, thank the stars), but itd be cool to see you all get recognized for your writing, art work, think pieces, and even lil bits of excitement from the very person that inspires you to create.

But at the same time... I relish this community we have on here who post for the sake of enjoyment and sharing their lil tidbits of joy. To suddenly get an influx of twitter folk who usually don't have the best etiquette come in here without the intention of finding that joy would almost feel like getting sewage dumped in a beautiful lake.

If i had my way, he has a secret account on here and talks about things vaguely on stream enough that it shines the light of recognition for those who know. After all, I wouldn't want you all to wither one day out of boredom or lack of "light".
