It is why history of male/female coexistence is so important to me. Women used to be hunters too? Great, it means that there was at least one point in time where men and women were equals. Which means that if they have been capable of kindness, they continue to be capable of kindness, the ‘masculine evil’ is not inherent but taught and chosen.

So we fix it by not teaching it. By not making evil a choice. We do better for our sons so they do better by our daughters, and vice versa. We cannot coexist without cooperation, and I understand why ‘I hate men’ crowds are exhausted with working to cater to men but it’s so important we treat people like people, and everyone should help everyone. It’s basic kindness and decency. Do what you can and love everyone you meet.

But anyway, like, I am the 2nd oldest of 5 with an older sister and a younger brother and my mom is very much "I hate men" and yet wonders why she her sons don't talk to her about shit. Like, you hate all men, of course men aren't going to trust you and I see this everywhere.

And there is a difference between "Men Suck" and "I hate men". The men suck crowd are very much a "we can fix this shit" but "I hate men" crowd does fuck all except complain.
