once they’re all out of the gallery and when it comes time for garry to upgrade out of his shabby and threadbare coat to something new and less falling apart he vocally laments tossing out his old jacket and mary comes barreling out like “NO!!!!” scaring the life out of garry only for her to cross her arms and huff and be like “i want it … Please.”
and now whenever garry checks on mary she’s usually wrapped up in his jacket looking pleased and cozy

does anyone else think about how fucked up it is that after mary is killed, garry and ib encounter more harmless paintings in the secret dungeon. like the little bird, and the jewel box, and the five hours painting doll girl? (i assume the last two are like harmless as long as you don't fail their puzzles) and even garry comments on how the paintings seemed nice? isn't that kind of fucked up to see after killing a little girl
