Welcome to our blog, this is our first post. First let is introduce ourselves, we are the Make Me A Comic team and we create personalised comics for people around the world. The comics tell the customers story and we use photos to ensure we get very good likeness to the characters. 

We won’t be blasting you with sales posts all the time, this is also a place for us to share the other cyolcreative projects we do, even if it’s just a quick doodle on the bus. 

Here’s a custom comic we have just finished to give you a little taster of what pays our bills. The finished artwork is going to be used on Save the Date cards for a wedding. So here we have shown what we call the first draft - this is where we sketch out the composition of the comic. We give this to the client for feedback; you can see here that they requested we change the format of the panels. Once the customer gives us the feedback we apply the changes and work on the final comic illustration. We draw all of our comics using a digital drawing tablet, sometimes we even use inks on paper if we are drawing something like Batman.
