Mojito
4 cL white rum
2 cL simple syrup
3 cL freshly squeezed lime juice
6 mint leaves
soda water
How to make:
Muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice in a Collins glass. Add a splash of soda water, then fill glass with ice. Top with rum and soda water. Garnish with lemon wedge, then serve.

How to make:

4 cL simple syrup
8 cL white rum
How to make:
Shake ingredients in ice and strain into Collins glass, filling it halfway. Top with soda water.

Fully Delicious
Ingredients:
4 small potatoes, diced
1/4 cup bacon bits
4 pieces chicken thigh fillet, diced
1 tbsp paprika
3 eggs
1 small white onion, chopped
2 tbsp sambar masala
1 tbsp cumin
pinch of cayenne
1/2 tsp ground coriander
sugar and salt to taste
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
Procedure:
Cook rice and set aside
Add 1 tbsp canola oil to non-stick pan on high heat and fry potatoes until lightly browned. Transfer to a bowl.
Fry bacon bits until slightly crunchy. Add to bowl.
Season chicken with salt. Stirfry until browned, then add paprika. Stir for 1 minute. Add to bowl.
Add eggs to pan and lightly scramble. Cook until firm. Transfer to separate bowl.
Add 1 tbsp canola oil and saute onions on medium heat. Stir fry for about 8 minutes then add sambar masala, cumin, cayenne, and ground coriander. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Add rice and stir to coat with spices.
Add the potatoes, bacon, and chicken. Stir fry until incorporated in the rice.
Taste for seasoning and add sugar and salt as needed.
Stir in scrambled eggs, lightly incorporating it in the rice.
Serve while hot.
