Many people interpret adversity as a block in their life, something to hinder their progress. Shift your frame of mind to see adversity as opportunity, overcome challenges where you can to learn and grow as a person. When faced with any challenge that is too much for you now consolidate your thoughts, plan your actions, and commit to overcoming this struggle. Take time to take care of yourself.
Adversity is a hurdle to leap over, a wall to climb, a problem that WILL be solved. Never feel ashamed, claim life as your own and commit in your own way.

Never let your life be dictated by the wants of others, live for your own interests and for those you care about to the best of your ability. As a person you should assert your independence and personal authority; never let anyone shame you for advocating for yourself. Never compromise your character.
Go out and do things you enjoy in your life, provide for yourself. Make sure to take some time to ensure your life is not only rewarding but enjoyable for yourself and those you care about.

To the lost
If you feel like you need direction in life you should grab a tool and get to work for about 30 minutes, no matter if its with art, practical work, maintenance, or anything else, as long as it makes you proud. Reflect on the things you feel like you lack in life, make a plan, and take steps to work toward those things.
Make goals, take action, be disciplined.
